INGREDIENTS • 1 mango, flesh only • 11/2 cups light Greek-style yoghurt Mango Coconut • 11/2 cup shredded coconut METHOD Pops • 1. Purée mango until smooth and pour into Popsicle moulds until half full. Top with yoghurt until full, reserving remaining yoghurt. Place popsicles in freezer until frozen (around 5 hours). • 2. Once frozen, dip popsicles in remaining yoghurt and shredded coconut. Refreeze for 30 minutes or until frozen.
