Puffed Rice Easter Treats

Not only are these delicious and easy to make, they’re a fun activity for the kids, too!

MAKES: 8-10 PREP: 20 MINS COOK: 5 MINS • 60g butter • 300g marshmallows • 4 cups crispy rice cereal 1. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the marshmallows and cook, stirring, until combined and the mixture is melted and smooth. 2. Take the pan off the heat, add the rice cereal and mix well until all the rice crisps are coated. 3.Spread mixture onto an oiled baking sheet and press down to form an even layer. 4. Let the mixture cool slightly before using Easter-themed cookie cutters to cut them into shape. 5. Decorate with coloured icing sugar or sprinkles of your choice.
