We cannot believe that we are already on issue 5 of BizCom! It only seemed like yesterday that our first ever issue arrived in St Albans featuring the gorgeous Emma Bustamante of Cositas as our “cover girl”! And now Emma, alongside Randa Kort of Randa Kort Interior Architectural Design and Olwyn Grint of Tickled Pink Interiors, were all featured on the BBC show “The Best House in Town” also with help from Efa Schmidt of Home Property Finders! It’s been a very exciting start to the year, welcoming lots of new businesses to the TBC Team (read all about them on page 15), preparing for the upcoming Woo Hoo Achievement Night where we celebrate lots of incredible achievements in business at the St Albans Museum and Art Gallery and finding out more about the incredible businesses we have here in St Albans. Because that’s what TBC is all about - the people behind the businesses! Hi everyone, we are Kick Pistol a young, up and coming band from St Albans who’ve recently been signed to Nub Music and are loving playing the live music circuit. We are Ernie, Neta and Robert and all met at Marlborough School and started Kick Pistol when we were just 13. Since then we’ve played at M Fest, The Oddfellows Arms, Ye Olde Fighting Cocks, The Hare and Hounds, The Horn St Albans, The Horn Bishops Stortford, Radio Verulam, The Goat in Berkhamsted, O2 Academy London and will be playing at St Albans Cathedral as we were selected as finalists in the St Albans Young Musicians Competition for 2019!
