How To Make Mini Donuts
This is a great base donut recipe and so easy to build off of and create new flavour profiles! I suggest using the Wilton donut pans for baking as always give a consistent bake and I think work better than silicone pans for donuts.
want to make this recipe vegan?
You can also easily make this vegan by substituting coconut oil for the butter, non-dairy milk for the regular milk, and a banana for the egg!
Ingredients donuts glaze
150g plain flour
60g sugar
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch salt
1 tbsp melted and cooled butter
1/3 cup milk
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
150g icing sugar
50g whole milk
Tsp vanilla extract
