The spiced honey milk cake is really easy to prepare. Besides it will make your people happy, given the fact it has a sweet essence of cinnamon.

Ingredients  Butter, 150gm  Runny honey, 100ml  Brown sugar, 100gm  Plain flour, 175gm  Eggs, 2  Milk, 100ml  Baking powder, 1 teaspoon  Baking soda, 1 teaspoon  Ground cinnamon, 1 teaspoon  Nutmeg, ½ teaspoon For Honey Glaze  Icing sugar, 100gm  Milk, 1 tablespoon  Honey, 1 tablespoon  Sprinkles Preparation First grease a round cake tin and line it with parchment. Preheat your oven to around 180 degrees. Melt sugar, butter and honey altogether on low heat. The mixture should become smooth with no grains. The butter should melt completely. Remove the mixture from heat and let it cool. Now, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and spice. Pour in milk into butter mixture and add the eggs. Whisk the mixture properly. Also blend the dry ingredients and pour them into the batter in proportions. Each time, you have to blend the mixture well. After the batter is made, spread it in the tin. Place it in the oven and bake for around 30-35


minutes till you find firmness on top. Insert a skewer and find out if the cake still has raw batter inside. Allow to cool the cake for 5 minutes.

Now, for the icing, you will need to combine icing sugar with honey and milk. Pour it all over the cake and add some sprinkles. Your Christmas cake is ready.
