Multi-Grammy-winning pianist/singer/composer Eliane Elias’ distinctive musical style has emerged as one of the most unique and recognizable sounds in jazz, thanks to her Brazilian roots, alluring voice and virtuosic instrumental jazz, classical and compositional skills. Her 2019 album Love Stories received a five-star rating and was ranked among the year’s best by DownBeat. Her 2021 album Mirror Mirror, an extraordinary set of piano duets with the late jazz great Chick Corea and famed Cuban pianist Chucho Valdés, won the 2022 Grammy Award for Best Latin Jazz Album and is nominated as Best Jazz Album in the Latin Grammy Awards. Her brand-new album, Quietude, is a more traditional bossa nova outing marked by gentle acoustic guitar and Elias' intimate vocals in Portuguese.
