Noon by Noor will be accepting pre-booked appointments throughout the day. With over a decade of history, Shaikha Noor Al Khalifa and Shaikha Haya Al Khalifa are thrilled to continue to evolve the brand and expand Noon by Noor into the European market. Noon By Noor is a womenswear fashion brand established in 2008 by cousins Shaikha Noor Al Khalifa and Shaikha Haya Al Khalifa. The Bahraini designers serve a global customer base and audience.
