Graduate Programs No matter their starting point or objective, students can earn the credentials they need to better serve the different learning needs of pupils and accelerate your career. Students with a bachelor’s degree in a specific discipline can study education at any level — early childhood, childhood, or adolescence — in a master’s degree program. For students with a teaching degree, the M.S. in Education in Curriculum and Instruction offers options for second initial certifications, content area certifications, bilingual education certification, and more. For students with a teaching degree in special education, the M.S. in Education in Professional Special Education will allow them to expand their understanding of special populations. Students can earn their master’s or certificate in an area like special education, education technology, or art or music education. The College’s clinically rich programs stress the application of theory to practice through extensive field work in public, private, charter and urban, suburban and rural settings.
