From the EDITOR What’s in your wallet? Better yet, what’s on your plate? This issue is about food...specifically dining out on The Corridor...and food is definitely one of my favorite subjects. Who doesn’t love great food? I have counted 86+/- dining establishments dining establishments along The Corridor. So get your hungry on and let’s take a walk through this issue so you can decide which of these great restaurants to visit the next time you decide to go out to eat! So, what’s your favorite cuisine? Cuisine – a noun - a style or method of cooking, especially as characteristic of a particular country, region, or establishment. A little trip back in time for a personal nostalgic moment...For several years I sold printing supplies all over Oklahoma and Arkansas. Now I stay in Oklahoma along The Corridor selling advertising from Sapulpa to Arcadia. But I still miss visiting with the newspapers and their production crews.
