PARCEL AND SMALLER FURNITURE DELIVERY Home accessories and smaller items of furniture will be delivered by our parcel delivery service. Accessories – Most in-stock items are despatched within 5 working days and will be delivered by one of our specialist couriers within 5 working days of despatch. We use a number of despatch locations, so you may receive more than one delivery for a single order. Small items of furniture – Furniture will arrive in one delivery. If one item is out of stock we will wait until all items are available before despatching. We will contact you before delivery to arrange a suitable date if possible. Parcel deliveries are completed Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. They do not telephone before delivery, and if no-one is available to receive delivery a calling card will be left at your property.
LARGE FURNITURE DELIVERY For the UK mainland we deliver to every postcode 5 days a week, and you will be contacted to book a suitable delivery day after placing your order (for out of stock items you will be contacted when your order is back in stock). On the day of your delivery, you will be contacted approximately 1 hour before the courier arrives. Your furniture will be placed in your room of choice, access permitting, and it will be unpacked and the packaging removed for recycling. You will be required to inspect the goods thoroughly before accepting delivery.
WEE DIRECTIVE Any products marked with the Wheelie Bin symbol should not be placed in household refuse and must be disposed of at your local landfill site. Alternatively, please return to The Cotswold Company in the usual manner for disposal.
