Anchor’s away

Sanctuary Cove waterfront restaurant, Anchor Buoy, has been refurbished and reopened with a refreshed menu following its acquisition last year by Sanctuary Cove Resort owner Mulpha. The venue makes the most of its location beside the marina with a simple, fresh menu overseen by Mark Marshall, Mulpha’s Executive Chef Queensland.

“Our aim is to reflect the spirit of Sanctuary Cove, providing great food and service at unpretentious prices for locals, boaties and tourists alike, whether they are popping in for a quick bite or relaxing in the sea breeze with a nice cool drink,” Mark said. Sean Robertson, Mulpha’s Regional General Manager for Queensland, is overseeing the launch and working closely with the team to create the next iconic Sanctuary Cove hospitality venue.
