TERMS & CONDITIONS • Provisional bookings must be confirmed within 14 days or they will be automatically released. • A ny special request with regard to the seating arrangements of your party, must be discussed with the Christmas Coordinator prior to the event.
• The customer shall be responsible for any damage caused to rooms, furnishings and equipment therein by any act, default or neglect of the customer or guests of the customer and will be required to reimburse the full amount to make good or remedy any such damage.
• T he size of the tables will vary according to the configuration of all groups attending and at all times the hotel will decide on the most suitable layout for the event in line with any Government legislation or regulations regarding social distancing.
• Some of our menu items may contain nuts however all dietary requirements can be catered for, please discuss this with your Christmas Coordinator.
• No additional food or beverage of any kind is permitted into the hotel by any guests.
• If a pre-order is required for your event, this needs to reach the hotel no later than 4 weeks prior to your event.
• We reserve the right to vary, amend or cancel any of the arrangements or the facilities featured in this brochure should we find an alteration necessary.
• All guests are required to adhere to any Government legislation or requirements regarding track and trace and social distancing which may be in place on the date of your booking. Failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave the premises and you will forfeit any monies paid.
• All prices shown are inclusive of VAT however may be subject to changes of rate and any other relevant taxes or levies at the current prevailing rate in force on the date of our event.
• To the best of our knowledge, none of our food contains ingredients produced from genetically modified soya/maize.
• In the unlikely event that the hotel is obliged to cancel the function for any reason, all monies will be refunded or an alternative date offered, without liability to the hotel.

CANCELLATION/REDUCTION IN NUMBERS
• A deposit of £10.00 per adult and £5.00 per child is required to confirm your booking, this deposit is non- transferable and non-refundable.
• If you need to cancel your booking you must inform the hotel in writing. All deposits are non-refundable and nontransferable.
• Deposits can be paid by cheque, in cash or by debit or credit card.
• Once full payment is made in the event that you need to cancel your booking, no refund will be given.
• The final balance must be paid no later than 4 weeks prior to the event.
• If your booking is not confirmed with full payment, 4 weeks prior to the event, the hotel reserves the right to release your booking and the hotel will be entitled to retain your deposit in full.
ACCOMMODATION TERMS & CONDITIONS • C hristmas Break accommodation rates are subject to availability and require full pre-payment at the time of booking.
• We regret that should your party size decrease in numbers (including non-arrivals) payments (including deposits) cannot be offset against any aspect of the event – such as food, beverage or accommodation.
• For 10 bedrooms or more you will be required to sign a group booking contract and full terms and conditions will apply. • Once full payment has been taken the booking is nonamendable and non-refundable.
