Ingredients • 1 cup cake flour
• 1/4 cup warm water
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1/4 cup sunflower oil
• 30g cocoa powder
• 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 packet Candy Melts or chocolate
• 40 cake pop sticks
• Pinch of salt
Method (For 40 Cake Pops)
1. First of all, you have to preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
2. Take the cake pop molds and then grease them properly and flour them. If you would not do this step, then the cake pops would get stick to the molds.
3. Take a big bowl, and then you have to add sugar, eggs, water and sunflower oil in it. Whisk these ingredients together thoroughly until they get incorporated.
4. It is time to take another bowl and then add flour, bicarbonate of soda, cocoa, and sale. You have to mix these ingredients and then add this mixture to the egg mixture bowl.
5. You have to mix both these mixtures until they get incorporated.
6. You have to put the bottom half of the mold on the baking tray. Take the half tbsp. of the batter and then scoop it into the holes. The holes must be filled about ž.
7. Now secure the top and then put the baking tray into the oven. You have to bake for about 20 minutes. In this way, the tiny holes at the top would let the steam get out easily during baking.

10. One by one you have to dip one end of the cake pop sticks into the Candy Melts and then start inserting them into the cake pops.
