Sexual assault occurs more often than you might think.
We talked to Nicole Jones, program director for Safe Family Services in the San Diego Youth Services, about what students need to be aware of.

Sexual assault is NOT a gender-specific issue!
If you are sexually assaulted, it is important to get help as soon as you can. In order to get the best and fastest help, do not change clothes or shower until after a forensic exam.
