Cameo Intraoral Scanner or the Lab Scanners, through to digital design with Exocad. Those design files can then be imported into nesting or CAM software for printing or milling.

The newest addition has been the Aidite Cameo Intraoral Scanner, which has some unique features that some of even the most expensive IOS devices do not have. This is a game changer as it brings a state-of-the-art IOS device within reach of the average high street dental practice, CDTs, and the rest of the dental team. Some laboratories are even making these IOS devices available to their clients. The Cameo IOS is a truly open scanner, as such any file can be exported as STL, OBJ, PLY, formats. It comes supplied with everything you need, including a flight case and a very high specification laptop with pre-installed scanning software. There are no license fees, free software updates and no file upload or download fees. This IOS even has purpose-built AI software that makes scanning a simple procedure - It automatically removes any extraneous data and any unwanted artifacts from the scan to accomplish fast data optimisation for high quality digital impressions. Motion sensing software also enables the operator to perform the whole procedure without touching a keyboard, mouse or the monitor screen. With automatic Articulation and a Clinical Toolkit built into the software, which enables the clinician to check undercuts, plot margins, check occlusion, adjust coordinates for ortho and smile design cases, this is a scanner that is hard to beat. There are no hidden ongoing fees or charges at all and Bracon are delighted to bring this to the UK and Ireland.

From 3D printers like Asiga and the WhipMix Veribuild to wet or dry milling machines such as the Aidite AMD500, Ceramic Furnaces, Sintering Furnaces, Bracon are also able to supply 3D printable resins, zirconia, lithium disilicate, PMMA, Biomic and many others.
