Le Corbusier
The most famous chair of the 20th century", was brought to its present form in 1959 by Heidi Weber. It is based on the prototypes that were shown as part of "luipement d'une habitation" at the 1928 Salon d'automne in Paris.

This icon of an era was designed by three architects, Le Corbusier, Pierre Jeanneret, and Charlotte Perriand, who were forerunners of the International Style.
