Post-pandemicbusiness todayisinamassivestate offlux.Itisbeing influencedbya simultaneousbarrageof factorsinternallyand externallythatimpactreturn oninvestmentandgrowth. Factorssuchasemployee instability,ahybrid workforce,interrupted supplychainsandeconomic uncertaintycreateproblems. Sometimestheproblemshaveledto employeelayoffsandcloseddoors.
