Shop Why did you start your Etsy shop? "My Etsy shop was created after someone suggested I sell my bracelets on the platform. After researching the company and what it did for small business owners like myself, I decided to open up shop in January 2012. I started my shop to grow my business and become a full time entrepreneur selling my bracelets." How did you come up with the name for your Etsy shop? "The name, expressions bracelets, was inspired by my niece, Storm. Storm was diagnosed to moderate to severe Autism in 2009 and as a family we had to learn how she expressed herself and what each movement, sound, etc meant. It motivated me to inspire others to accept the differences in how each individual expressing themselves, not just verbally, but also with their choice of fashion. It lead me to create jewelry that tells a story, captures a memory, speaks a mantra, and/or empowers the wearer with their choice of phrase."

Why did you start your Etsy shop? “I love to design and make silly jokes or bad puns. She’d changed her mind about buying yet another photo box, and tried to discreetly drop it rather than returning it to where it belonged. I instinctively shouted, "that is not the crafter way!"
