How Caffeine Can Budge Your Cellulite
Those tell-tale dimples happen to the best of us; yes, even models aren’t immune. Swimsuit season is already in full swing, and it’s now more than ever that we need to pay extra attention to what’s going on over in leg land.
Caffeine Cure. Cellulite enemy #1 is caffeine, as it tightens and provides antioxidants to the skin when applied topically. However, if you apply it religiously, studies show that it can reduce the appearance of cellulite, especially over time. Caffeine can also dehydrate the water content of your fat cells, so they’re less swollen, and cellulite looks less obvious. So, how on earth do we get that into our skincare routine?

Scrub Up! You can go DIY by mixing ground coffee with coconut oil and some sea salt for a special exfoliation treatment, but equally you can save yourself some time and invest in a shower scrub that contains caffeine as one of the main ingredients. To boost the treatment, invest in a dry brush. Top Tip: Before getting in the shower, use your dry brush to exfoliate and stimulate blood flow. Brush lightly in a circular motion on any problem areas, or all over your body to reap the full benefits of dry brushing.
Follow Up. It is really important that exfoliated skin is cared for postshower. Invest in a deep rich moisturizer, which will help to keep skin hydrated in-between your exfoliating schedule. You can even get caffeine moisturizers which can help prolong the effects.
