Hoyland, Colleen “Lee,” 72, of Gulfport, FL passed away on November 24 surrounded by family under the care of Hospice. Lee was a devoted and loving wife, stepmother, grandmother/great-grandmother and friend. She was a member at Most Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church in Gulfport where she served as a Lay Eucharistic Minister. Lee was a huge Rays baseball fan. Lee is proceeded in death by her parents and her sister Ann. Lee is survived by her husband of 32 years, Michael Hoyland; sister Sharon Deckard; stepdaughter Lisa Hoyland; grandchildren Monica, Andrea, Amber and Matthew; great-grandson Emmanuel; many family and friends and her dog, Kodi. Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, January 7 at 11 a.m. at Most Holy Name Catholic Church followed by graveside service at Bay Pines National Cemetery at 1:30 p.m.

Virtual Learning on the Beach

St. Pete Beach Parks and Recreation offers a Virtual Learning Assistance Program at the St. Pete Beach Community Center. The program allows for smaller groups of kids, with a dedicated staff member monitoring their engagement with the PCS online curriculum.
