Black History Month: Virtual Flag Raising For the first time, the Pan-African Flag flies over the Gulfport Public Library throughout February in celebration of Black History Month. Gulfport Debates! The Gabber Newspaper and the Gulfport Merchants Chamber of Commerce will jointly host the Gulfport Candidate Debates in the Catherine Hickman Theater. Social distancing and mask protocols enforced. The Gabber and the GMC will also stream the events as a Zoom webinar so those who cannot attend will be able to see the debates and submit questions.
