Little League Returns!

Come out for Gulfport Little League’s Opening Day celebration at Tomlinson Field at 19th Avenue and 54th Street South on March 13. The festivities begin at 9 a.m. and will feature two games, and free concessions courtesy of the Gabber Newspaper. As the GLL season begins, the organization is always looking for parents and residents to volunteer. Chair-ity Auction with a View

Sixteen local artists have adorned 10 chairs and six windows to be auctioned off for the benefit of the Gulfport Multipurpose Senior Center Foundation. You can now prebid on your favorite selection from A Chair-ity Auction with a View, even if you are unable to attend the live event, at the Tiki Bar & Grill on March 20. Contact the pre-bid coordinator for the auction (search for A Chair-ity Auction with a View on Facebook]. Pre-bids must be placed by March 18, with the auction held live on March 20 at 6 p.m. Opening bid for chairs will be $250, and windows $100.

Check out the newest way to connect in Gulfport: an app for iOS and Android.
