Infused with orange, lemon, tangerine and grapefruit peel. No citric acid is present so the tonic maintains its fizz. Powerfully acidic on the palate, with a sweet tangerine aftertaste.
Named after Bertha, a Guinness World Recordholding Droimeann cow, this gin uses whey alcohol as its base, giving it a creamy quality. A particularly spicy gin, with cardamom and citrus notes on the nose and palate.
A unique aged French gin produced in very small quantities in Château de Bonbonnet by Cognac Ferrand’s cellar master. The fresh and spicy aroma of juniper, citrus and star anise are present both in the scent and taste, with subtle flavours of vanilla, flowers, cinnamon and wood following. A beautiful pale gold - extremely delicate until the last sip.
Meaning joy and pleasure in Japanese, Etsu combines several Asian botanicals - berries, teas and citrus. Bottled at 43% ABV, this is a well balanced floral gin with a peppery finish ending on yuzu aromas.

Berliner (DEU) Inspired by a vision of creating a gin to embody the spirit of Berlin, each sip is like a walk through the city’s sunniest days. Brooklyn (USA) A craft spirit made in New York with fresh citrus and hand-cracked juniper. Fresh, complex, flavourful and good enough to drink on its own, Brooklyn Gin does everything by hand - and you can taste the love and care. Try with: lime & orange

Dictador Ortodoxy (COL) Dictador Rum’s former president, Dario Parra, visited the UK, where he decided that Gin was God’s drink and immediately set about creating his own. The recipe is glorious, rich with juniper, Colombian berries, spices, angelica and mint notes. True to its roots, this gin is aged in used rum barrels after distillation. Try with: lime.
Elephant (DEU) Distilled in Germany using 14 botanicals, including unusual ones like baobab and devil’s claw, this gin was created to capture the essence of Africa. Elephant also takes an active part in supporting African wildlife by contributing 15% of its profits to Big Life Foundation and Space For Elephants. Try with: juniper berries & Ginger Ale.

Once a year, for a few days only, the vine flower blossoms – this is known as “Floraison”. This luxury French gin made from grapes and nine other botanicals is full-bodied, yet soft. Try with: strawberry.
Glendalough Rose (IRE) To make this small batch gin the distillers used their Wild Botanical Gin recipe and redistilled it with extra fruit, flowers and spices, plus three varieties of rose petals, for an extra fragrant gin. Try with: strawberry.
Gunpowder (IRE) A fresh citrus taste with spicy notes, distilled with juniper, angelica, orris, caraway, coriander, meadowsweet, cardamom and anise, together with vapour-infused lemon, lime, grapefruit and gunpowder tea. Try with: Pink Grapefruit Tonic.
Hedgehog (NLD) Named after America’s iconic star of adult cinema Ron Jeremy, nicknamed ‘The Hedgehog’, this gin is made with botanicals like damiana, ginseng and guarana. According to its label, it boasts “mojo botanicals & hot love herbs”. Try with: pink grapefruit.

This is a sweet and contemporary Jenever the juniper flavoured traditional spirit of Holland and Belgium from which gin as we now know it evolved. With a characteristically mild flavour, this delicious tiple uses a combination of juniper, cinnamon, vanilla, brown sugar and grapefruit.
This Atlantic Galician Gin is made with an Albariño-grape base spirit rather than grain, along with 12 botanicals including lemon peel, hibiscus, liquorice and eucalyptus. The result is a bold, floral flavour profile with a clean refreshing finish.

Locally grown from seed to sip in Co. Wexford, this gin is crafted from the harvest of potato crops they produce, and infused with black peppercorn, orris root, and cassia bark among others, delivering earthy tones with delicate fruit, herbs and warm spice.
Described as the “Spirit of the Italian Riviera”, O’ndina is an enjoyably savoury gin which features a botanical selection including an array of Mediterranean herbs with notes of thyme, fresh basil leaf and black pepper. Try with: rosemary.

Larios 12 (ESP) A gin from Malaga that, as the name indicates, is made using 12 botanicals, including Mediterranean citrus and wild juniper and nutmeg, which are distilled five times. On the palate it’s herbal and spicy with an abundance of citrus zest. Try with: lime & orange.
Poppies Gin (BEL) The family-owned Rubbens distillery has been producing jenever since the early 1800s. Legend says that an English soldier who fought in the First World War created the recipe for this juniper-forward and richly herbaceous gin. Try with: lime & Rose Lemonade.
Roku (JPN)
After four distillations, exotic botanicals infused with red fruits such as red berries give this gin a soft, velvety and vibrant taste. It was released by the Gonzales Byass family to celebrate the Queen’s 90th birthday.
Distilled in Japan combining traditional botanicals with six uniquely Japanese ones: Sakura Flower, Yuzu Peel, Sencha Tea, Sansho Pepper, Sakura Leaf, and Gyokuro Tea. Each one is harvested at the peak of its season to extract the best flavour, making ROKU (which means ‘six’ in Japanese) fully embody the four seasons.

“Scapegrace” is another name for rascal, but there is nothing wayward about this gin. Smooth and well rounded, it features a selection of 12 botanicals (juniper, coriander, nutmeg, cardamom, lemon peel, orange peel, orris, cinnamon, cassia, angelica, clove and liquorice).
A small batch botanical gin inspired by Zio Valerio’s love of gardening and native Tuscan cuisine. Botanicals including juniper, cucumber, lemon, sage and lavender are merged to create this unique style of gin. The first sip will bring out a lemon taste, followed by a warm spicy lavender finish, softened by the coolness of cucumber.

Sharish Magic Blue (PRT) Produced in the Alentejo region from 100% Portuguese fresh fruit, no artificial colouring is used – its colour comes from the blue pea flower. Other botanicals include juniper, strawberry, cinnamon, lemon peel, ginger, liquorice and coriander seed. It’s magic, because when tonic is added, its intense blue colour turns pink!
Uncle Vals Peppered (USA) As gin goes, this is a racy, spicy and peppery spirit made using juniper and three types of pepper: red bell, black and pimento. The flavour starts with crisp, salty pepper, morphing into sour on the middle tongue with notes of soft sweet juniper and charred red peppers.

In celebration of the Mediterranean, this is a traditional yet pure gin with a good juniper core, fresh citrus and mellow herbs for a balanced flavour and delicate aroma.

Made with winter wheat, Zing 72 is a mix of carefully harvested six botanicals and six Provencal herbs which have been macerated for 72 hours then distilled in small copper alembics, from which the striking bottle design takes its inspiration. A smooth and refreshing gin from a small batch craft distillery based in Warrington, Cheshire, and named after the distiller’s dogs. Made with eight exquisite botanicals, including juniper, basil and orange.
Rare and unconventional like its namesake, this gin is made with ‘18+1’ carefully selected herbs and botanicals including one that remains a secret. Produced in small batches of 6.000 bottles it has a smooth and lingering taste.

Timur Pepper is part of the Szechuan Pepper family and is from the mountains of Nepal. With key botanicals including juniper, timur pepper, lemongrass, kaffir lime, vanilla and cinnamon, tis gin has a unique aroma. It’s not hot or pungent like a pepper, but has slight grapefruit overtones and creates a tingly feeling in the mouth.

Unicorn Tears (ENG) A mythical spirit with an iridescent glittery shimmer. Juniper-driven and citrusy on the nose, the palate is indulgent with sweet flavours of candied orange, coriander and mild notes of liquorice. Williams Chase - Elegant (ENG) Unlike most gins, this is created by first pressing cider apples, fermenting the juice and distilling it into Apple Vodka.
