transformation in the Indian Education System had long been overdue, but none of us expected such a dramatic change in a couple of years. With technology as its ally, the education industry is transitioning to its new phase and reinventing itself. The pandemic induced digital revolution has played a major role in upscaling the sector. Taking into account the plenty of momentum that the pandemic has brought for EdTech adoption in India, the market size of EdTech is estimated to grow to USD 10.4 billion by 2025. India can see a bigger opportunity coming its way. The demand for skills like Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity and Data Analytics is much more than the market supply. NASSCOM (National Association of Software and Service Companies) estimates that by 2025, the demand for advanced skills will increase by 20X, thereby creating an opportunity for India to capture the Global Education Market. This will position India as a Global Talent Hub. EdTech platforms, here, have a significant role to play in helping India capture a huge share of the market. The Global Hues Magazine through its latest edition features Top EdTech Companies Building India As A Global Talent Hub. It covers the journeys, challenges, visions, and growth parameters of different EdTech companies leaving a bold mark on the EdTech industry and the entire nation.

Elaborate How The Company Came Into Being, Its Journey, And Where It Stands Today. Back in 2015, India wasn’t well placed to accept digitalisation, and this caveat had resulted in issues like accessibility and affordability of education across the country. Our K-12 segment or let’s say the school-going population roughly holds about 300 million people, out of which only 270 - 280 million students are currently studying, including the rural areas, with a participation rate of about 80% in schools. As we move towards higher education,
| Special Issue | April 2022
the overall participation ratio, which is also known as Gross Enrolment Ratio (GER) witnesses a steep decline and can be roughly estimated to be around 25% - 30%. This meant that for every individual, there were three individuals who did not enrol for higher education in the country. We wanted to solve this lack of access that we noticed. This was the primary challenge that India faced, thereby contributing to larger macroeconomic issues in the country. Online learning programs, therefore, came to aid such critical situations. Furthermore, the affordability challenge made things worse, as students and working professionals were required to travel to other locations which could be significantly expensive and have to bear the accommodation cost along with other miscellaneous expenses. These challenges were also eliminated with the online learning model. Therefore, upGrad was born with a conviction to bridge the gap between working professionals and rapidly evolving industry requirements. We started our journey with entrepreneurship programs in 2015 and
What sets us apart is the 360-degree learning solution at an unbeatable value for learners. There are four pillars to our differentiation in the online education space:
Content: We have an in-house original content & pedagogy for over 100 courses across Data, Tech, Management, Humanities, etc., in partnerships with 300 top universities across the globe (US, UK, AU, India). Deep Personalization: We leverage data of how a learner has performed in specific areas of the program to suggest what specializations would better suit them. This involves identifying what is a natural strength for the learner through assignments and quizzes to provide intervention in areas where the learner could be weak. Adding the ‘human’ to the tech: Our team of career coaches, handhold and guide each learner throughout the duration of their course to ensure smooth onboarding, mentorship and continuous
What Do You Think Is The Biggest Change That Has Happened In The EdTech Industry? How Is Your Company Capitalizing On The Same? The biggest change or revolution is the penetration of online education in the smaller markets of the country. Without the barriers of location and constraints of time, travel, resources etc. there is now a wider learner base accessible and vice-versa. Learners from tier 2, 3 and 4 cities are now aware of online platforms and with the affordable pricing, variety of content, specialized courses to choose from, there is a surge in Indian youth & working professionals enrolling for a better career and future. Another important change this has implied is the regionalization of the course content to be delivered in local languages. The government’s push for
How Is Your Company Contributing In Building India As A Global Talent Hub? Our endeavour and mission are to continue to deliver courses that drive higher employability, with evolving industry-relevant skill sets, thereby attempting to bridge the gap between the job market demands and the future proof talent. The content we offer through our multiple courses is backed with this research, learner profiles, skills, interests, employer requirements in their industry and the recommendations based on the skill gap which is AI-powered to help build and develop the right talent for the future of workplaces globally. upGrad Career Trends Report (April – September 2021), indicates that the hiring trend has witnessed a predominant inclination for roles across Technology, Data Science and Data Analytics domains due to a strong need for expertise in cloud architecture, cybersecurity, full-stack development, and AI/ ML disciplines. This has led to a rebound in hiring with up to 42% growth during the April – September, FY 2022. upGrad’s year-end salary trend witnessed a significant jump for Technology roles as skill demands reached its peak, with learners receiving the highest CTCs in the range of INR 1.23 Cr, INR 1.2 Cr and over INR 1 Cr. The employability for India’s tech talent is higher and the sector is looking at the growing demand for talent pool in India irrespective of domain changes or differing experiences. Our industry-relevant professional reskilling and upskilling courses enable learners to steer their careers as per the current trend and find jobs in suitable roles. We are extremely glad to contribute to making India a global talent hub and providing worldwide employment opportunities to the hidden talent in India.

COMPANIES BUILDING INDIA AS A GLOBAL TALENT HUB Digital universities will further this vision significantly and I believe this is going to be the biggest game-changer in the education sector.
One Of The Crucial Things In An EdTech Company Is Finding The Right Faculty. How Challenging Has It Been To Pick The Right Set Of Talent For The Students? Yes, it is a crucial and very significant factor to onboard the right faculty for the programs being offered. Earlier it was more challenging as we had to scout and partner with faculties who were available and interested full-time to deliver the online course content and could dedicate that much time. With the pandemic and workforces moving to remote culture, it was an opportunity for us and many industry experts, who could partner with us to bring in their expertise and specialized insights without any location constraint and were able to give the desired time and attention to their learners throughout the course duration. The virtual environment was supportive for the online education sector as the faculties were more accessible and we were able to rope in the world-class industry experts with decades of experience to deliver, share and exchange notes with the learners. This helped our learners, bond with the respective faculty, learn all about the industry from the professionals directly and make better decisions for the next big career move.
In Your Opinion, What Defines Success? What Is Your Success Mantra For Building A Credible Brand? Our success lies in the success of millions of learners on our platform. As mentioned before as well, our mission and vision are aligned to make a substantial difference for our leaners’ career path by nurturing, mentoring and training them on the desired skills, connecting them with the right resources and enabling them to achieve their career goals. We are very focused on the career outcomes for each individual and our programs. My success mantra would be: Get yourself Redundant. Every entrepreneur or edu-preneur must build a team/an army of the right people who can help him drive the business correctly, especially in their absence. Distributing ownership is the only way to grow with people who will further get a chance to stretch their leadership and support your business to stand strong in the long run.

HOW TO TRANSFORM YOUR
BORING WORKSPACE
INTO A FLEXIBLE SPACE?
P
roductivity is at the heart and soul of a business. You must have heard that if the workplace is productive, the company prospers. Nothing affects the productivity of the employees like their office environment.
excellent buffer between quiet areas and the rest of the office. You can position the collaboration section at a place where any activity in that section does not interrupt the work in the quiet area. You can also design an open space with a large table and several seatings to bring everyone together.
In simple words, performance and productivity are directly related to office environment and its design. In fact, the offices that are being made in the 21st century have the power to inspire employees to new levels of insight, creativity, and innovation.
TAKE BREATHERS
We have large corporations like Google, Facebook and Apple to consider as best examples. When an employee isn’t bound to a cubicle and allowed to transfer spaces, stand, roam, and interact with other colleagues, it makes them happier and more comfortable. Here are some tips which can help you optimize your workspace:
A BIG ‘NO’ TO CLUTTERED OFFICE
The best way to stay focused during a long day is to acknowledge that it’s time to take a short & quick breather. Washroom breaks, drinking water, taking quick updates from colleagues, or making important phone calls can build opportunities for movement.
BUILD QUIET AREAS TO FOCUS Quiet Spaces gives enough time to reflect and analyse situations. So, another vital component would be the presence of quiet areas for the employees for focus and concentration. Quiet areas should be made far away from collaboration and socialization areas to prevent any activity in the latter from becoming a distraction for the people thinking in the quiet area.
A cluttered workspace is a dirty workspace in the minds of many. You can declutter your office environment by:
DO NOT RESTRICT YOUR EMPLOYEES TO JUST ONE SPOT
1)
Going wireless if possible
2)
Investing in storage solutions
3)
Hiring a commercial cleaner during office hours
Here is a truth bomb! Just a change from seated to standing is an excellent way to keep the creative juices flowing and the energy levels of employees high. Provide your employees with a variety of workspace and seating options as it can truly do wonders for the organization. Think of incorporating multi-person tables, adjustable heights desks, comfortable chairs, and a variety of other options to make a lovable office environment.
4)
Minimizing items on the desk
5)
Providing each employee with a personal storage space
USING COLLABORATION SPACES CAN BE A GOOD DECISION Make use of collaboration spaces for team meetings, they can make an
HALF AN HOUR FOR ANYTHING It goes without saying, Everyone has a passion and that’s what makes life interesting. It can be a hobby, like painting,
reading comics, singing and many more. Whatever the passion is, try giving your employees half an hour every day to work on anything they love to do. It’s a great way to relax, explore common interests, and get the creative juices flowing.
KEEPING THE OFFICE ENVIRONMENT CLEAN IS ALSO VITAL Common equipment like tables, chairs, printers, fax machines, etc holds more bacteria than any other surface. Therefore, adding regular cleaning to the schedule at least once a week holds pivotal importance. Doing so will not only prevent the spread of any kind of illness but also spread positive vibes all around. Keyboards, drawer handles, switchboards, commonly used switches should be cleaned more regularly.
PICK PLANTS Humans have long intuited that loving nature is relaxing for both, the mind and the body. Various studies suggest that adding some greenery by bringing in some plants can spread positive vibes. Here are some benefits of keeping plants in offices: 1)
Helps in reducing stress
2)
Makes workspace more attractive for job applicants
3)
Helps to reduce noise levels
4)
Boosts creativity
5)
Reduces sickness and absence rates
COLOURS BRING THE TRUE ESSENCE OF ANY SPACE Everyone would agree that colours communicate a sense of atmosphere that affect your employees in a variety of ways. Do not dominate the office with dark colours as it can make employees feel tired. Using neutral grays and tans can also make the environment uninspired and sluggish for no apparent reason. To keep the employees happy, energized, and engaged, fill your office with areas of bright colour. Studies have shown that varied bright hues give the team a boost and improve creativity, productivity and overall happiness. So, if you want your employees to yield better results both for themselves and the organization, consider transforming your boring workspace into a flexible one.

EdT ch TRENDS TO WATCH IN FUTURE The Indian EdTech Market Is Expected To Reach the US $10.4 Billion By 2025, From US $2.8 Billion In 2020.
E
ducation today is not restricted to just classrooms and is paving the way for new-age pedagogies. Although, the education industry has witnessed maximum disruptions due to the pandemic, these disruptions have paved the way for the opening of all private and public schools, students, government, coaching institutes, and more.
And then there is a growing popularity of Massive Open Online Courses (MOOC) and distant education that are leading to the exponential growth of India’s EdTech sector. It is poised to reach $30 billion in the next 10 years. With EdTech growing at such a rapid pace, it has the power to bridge the learning gap and improve the learning outcomes for hundreds of millions of children and adults worldwide. Here are some trends to expect in the EdTech industry in the near future:
As per the findings of the India Brand Equity Foundation, India has the world’s largest population of about 500 million in the age bracket of 5 to 24 years, hence providing a great opportunity to the education sector.
The Indian EdTech industry is believed to have received a $16.1B in VC funding, a 32X increase from 500M received in 2010. A major contributor to the growth of this sector is the K12 Segment, higher education, and upskilling categories.

Integration of AR and VR in Daily Learning Integration of new technologies like virtual reality, extended reality, augmented reality will enable students to observe and experience the concepts in a real-time environment. These technologies can build virtual science laboratories for students interested in science and technology, thereby ensuring more practical knowledge of subjects. We can say that Artificial Intelligence is making long strides in the

academic world, turning the traditional methods of imparting knowledge into a comprehensive system of learning with the use of VR, XR, and AR tools.
Focus on Learner Centric Approach For years, the focus has been on a teacher-centred approach to learning. This traditional system of learning involves students exclusively listening to their teachers with a limited scope of feedback and conversations. The current scenarios necessitate the introduction of a learner-oriented approach. Thanks to globalization and digitization, this new pedagogical approach is transforming the way learners acquire and apply knowledge. Institutions can consider the following principles while designing student-oriented learning programs: a) Student engagement should be the top priority
b) Focus on strengthening the studentteacher relationship c) Make use of available resources such as technology d) Every learner should get equal opportunities and access to resources e) Monitor and review the progress of every student Blockchain Blockchain is an emerging technology that is going to affect many businesses in the coming years. The use of blockchain technology can enable EdTech platforms to connect learners, professionals, and faculty to relevant courses. With the help of blockchain technology, institutions
can secure students’ academic data like marks obtained in a particular examination, leaving certificates, grades records, course completion certificates, and other important documents. Moreover, the cost of education will come down as blockchain would eliminate manual tasks. Students would be able to secure their degrees, access them and get them verified whenever required. a) Blockchain Benefits for Teachers Teachers often face the struggle of transferring schools or applying for new jobs due to the hassle involved in getting recertified. Blockchain, here, is an exciting opportunity for teachers to
save time while getting recertified, guest lecturing, or even working for private education companies. Blockchain would also help teachers in keeping track of grades, taking attendance easier, and also ensure cutting down on proxy test-taking. b) Blockchain Benefits for Employers Blockchain helps in eliminating diploma fraud, thereby adding value to the real degrees earned by students and also helping employers avoid getting scammed. Third-party costs involved in getting diplomas verified and degrees sent from schools to employers can also be reduced.

Gamification To Foster More Engagement In EdTech, gamification simply means introducing game-like elements into the learning environment to motivate the students and make the process more engaging and interactive. Here are some benefits of gamification in the EdTech: a) Educators are becoming more comfortable using interactive tools and game-based learning in classrooms b) Gamification relieves stress and improves the relationship between a teacher and a student c)
Games link lessons to the real world
c) Disseminate information to a much larger audience, hence reducing costs
THE CURRENT SCENARIO Gone are the days when students used to prefer enrolling in leading institutions and colleges because of the perceived quality of education, campus, placement, and other features. They are now shifting towards EdTech as they too are providing professional education and guaranteeing good placements. Additionally, the EdTech sector has an advantage in terms of technology, scalability, and geographical reach. Traditional schools and institutions must
adopt technology instantly to thrive in the competitive EdTech environment. They quickly need to adopt new learning techniques like gamification, interactive classroom learning to motivate students.
FINAL WORDS Many EdTech companies are entering the market with a focus on better learning outcomes, results, and student engagement. The coming years are crucial for online education and the EdTech sector as we would witness the consolidation of the industry with more technological and innovative products.
d) Competition during games creates room for engagement Use of Animation Animations are traditionally associated with the cartoon industry. However, we can witness the use of animation in e-learning. With good storytelling and relevant content simulating real scenarios, animation can leverage students’ & learners’ engagement and knowledge retention. Videos that involve sound, picture, and motion make much more impact on a learner’s mind rather than text materials. Animation based learning helps to: a) Increase knowledge retention as a brain reacts to visual stimuli stronger than to the text b) Learn flexibly as one can get access to information at any time and from any location

COMPANIES BUILDING INDIA AS A GLOBAL TALENT HUB
LEAPS BY ANALYTTICA
THE MOST TRUSTED AND INNOVATIVE EXPERIENTIAL DATA SCIENCE PLATFORM Clients & individuals who have used LEAPS to upskill, have seen a marked difference from just knowing concepts, to being able to apply them in the real world.
T
here exists a huge gap between Data Scientists and Business Analysts, in their ability to manage data, connect the dots and convert data into actionable insights. With this seed thought, LEAPS was created on the LEARN-APPLY-SOLVE methodology of learning concepts, applying them to the case studies with real data and solving real-world industry cases for a simulation-based, hands-on experience. COMPANIES BUILDING INDIA AS A GLOBAL TALENT HUB
LEX FAMILIA INDIA
ENVISIONING TO CREATE A FAMILY OF YOUNG GENERATION LAWYERS Lex Familia India is not a company but an idea to revolutionize the entire legal-eco system of India.
W
ith the aim of equipping young law professionals with the imperative training, Lex Familia India is an EdTech company that educates lawyers to make practical changes in the legal fraternity. The thought behind Lex Familia India is to educate lawyers with a more practical approach that is applicable to their legal careers. Lex Familia India offers ‘best-in-class’ services to its learners so that they can easily understand the concept. The focus of the company is on the practical approach to learning rather than the conventional approach which only provides theoretical knowledge.
Today, LFI has an advisory board involving esteemed personalities, and senior professionals helping in the live workshops, to provide students with a better understanding of the subject and provide legal updates on a real-time basis.
SERVICES OFFERED At Lex Familia India, the training and workshops are provided by the Founders of the company along with other Senior Practitioners. LFI offers its expertise in various legal fields including Securities Laws, Mergers and Acquisitions, Capital Markets, Private Equity Transactions, and many more to list.
Lex Familia India believes in the quality of education with its live interactive sessions and workshops. Students are given adequate time and knowledge sharing by the experts, holding an approximate experience of a decade. The workshops offered by the LFI are:
NARAYAN KEDIA Founder
Lex Familia India is founded by Narayan Kedia and his colleague and friend Saswat Mohanty. The team of LFI consists of industry experts who have years of relevant experience in the law field. The team at LFI believes in “Learning Together And Growing Together”.
44 | The Global Hues | Vol. 2
Founded in 2021, Lex Familia India stands for the idea that revolutionizes the eco-legal system of India. LFI has trained over 250 students who either got a placement or an internship with Law Firms or Corporate Organizations after attending the highly interactive workshops at LFI.
The theoretical and practical perspective of the training is provided in a step-bystep manner. During the process, the students are also guided with some other skills like preparation of the CVs, drafting skills and many other practices.
MEET NARAYAN KEDIA & HIS TEAM
“The foundation of LFI lies in the concept of ‘sharing’ knowledge and experience with young generation lawyers and enough ‘caring’ for them to perceive the field of law in an appropriate manner,” asserts Narayan Kedia.
JOURNEY OF LFI
Company Law Workshops
Capital Market Workshops
Master Workshops on Securities and Corporate Laws
“LFI takes pride in its quality education. Our practitioners and mentors are approachable and ready to guide students with the idea of contributing to the growth and development of such students,” says Narayan Kedia with pride. The two visionary leaders of LFI are well experienced in their respective domains. Narayan Kedia is a lawyer having the experience of over 13 years, specialising in securities and corporate laws. He also holds the position of Vice President - Legal in NBFC in India and

was also associated with prestigious Law Firms like J. Sagar Associates and Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas. The other talented leader of the company is Saswat Mohanty, who is also an in-house counsel at the National Stock Exchange.
CHALLENGES AND THE WAY OUT Each industry has its pros and cons, and so does the EdTech industry. The biggest challenge of the EdTech industry is that some students find the existing online learning model very monotonous. To
Saswat Mohanty- Co-Founder overcome this challenge, Lex Familia India has designed highly interactive workshops which give students a space to participate, ask queries and learn comprehensively. Apart from this, the field of law requires a more practical based approach. The need for this change in the education system is very pertinent. The law students do not get the opportunity to have practical training that is required in the nuances of the law and the nature of work. The maximum a student can get is an internship where he/she can learn the practicality of the subject. But Lex Familia India bridges the gap between the traditional way of teaching in law colleges and the requirement of law firm/ In-house organisation by providing such students practical training in diverse practice areas.
CONTRIBUTION TO MAKING INDIA A GLOBAL TALENT HUB LFI is still at a nascent stage to be able to contribute in building India but is constantly taking its small steps and guiding budding lawyers with mentorship, training and workshops and helping them in securing high paying and skilled jobs at prestigious law firms. With the aim of working with people who have a similar mindset of providing young individuals with quality and practical education, LFI wants to help students in securing jobs in Tier I firms. Apart from this, it helps students in
finding out the other career options as well.
Our idea is simply to provide exposure which would bring clarity in terms of what true potential a student has and what should be done so that students approach things in the right manner. Lex Familia India believes that in order to take out the best from students, it is essential to provide them with quality education and proper practical training. LFI is ensuring that considerate steps are taken in the field of law that eventually help India in becoming a Global Talent Hub.
MISSION AND VISION Lex Familia, as the name suggests, is an endeavour to create a Family of Lawyers. It envisions creating an alliance of senior practitioners and young legal minds. It strongly believes in “Learning Together and Growing Together”. It also wants students from remote parts of the country to have access to the best practitioners in the Legal Fraternity and gain in-depth knowledge in their preferred area of practice.

computer crashes or issues in the microphone or camera can completely derail an otherwise successful virtual event. Even worse, it can portray an unprofessional image of your company in the eye of the audience. In any virtual presentation, it’s very important to formulate a clear core message. As many participants are sitting at home and are often unseen, their attention can wander quickly as compared to a face to face event. Distracted Audience The biggest hurdle in any virtual presentation is distracted attendees. In a world where Google, Instagram, and email inboxes are just a click away, it’s very difficult to ask for the undivided attention of your audience. Moreover, many attendees believe in multitasking like responding to emails, doing research work, completing other pending tasks, and many more— while they view a presentation.
HOW
VIRTUAL PRESENTATIONS CAN BE A SUCCESS?
Lack Of Engagement From The Audience Another big challenge while doing a virtual event is the lack of engagement from the audience. All the above-mentioned factors like technical issues, lack of experience, and constant distractions lead to disengagement. The best solution for this would be to involve the audience in the event. Constantly checking in with the attendees and taking real-time feedback can improve engagement.
Speak What People Like Try to speak on the topics that excite your target audience. In today’s digital climate, it’s really important to construct the message in such a way that it clearly connects with the target audience. Always consider how you want your audience to feel: Informed? Supported? Inspired? Excited? This is a vital step in conceptualizing the strategy of the presentation. Always Plan Your Presentation The topmost reason why any virtual presentation fails is lack of planning which often results in: a)
Unnecessary presentations
b)
Meaningless Content
c) Confusion about the motive behind the presentation d) Jumbled presentations that ramble, are boring and difficult to follow e)
Presentations that start and end late
f) Too many presenters which makes it confusing for the audience to hear each presenter well g) Too much marketing and sponsorship info that eclipses the main presentation Always be passionate about presenting in front of your audience. A little passion always goes a long way. If you plan well, your audience will sense it and eventually feel closer to you.
Always Check The Technical Aspects Before starting the presentation, always test your equipment. If you find any issue, correct it immediately. If everything is at its place, it will boost your confidence. Sometimes technical difficulties are caused due to lack of experience. You can overcome this challenge by hosting as many webinars as you can. This will help you gain more experience and knowledge of doing a successful virtual presentation. Face The Camera This is perhaps one of the hardest adjustments when you present virtually as you always look at the faces on the screen. When you do that, you break eye contact with the audience. Always look at the camera. Also, always place the camera at eye length. No one wants to look at your nose in the entire presentation.
FINAL WORDS Considering the current circumstances, virtual presentations are not going away anytime soon. No matter how difficult it is to present virtually when compared with a face to face interaction, virtual presentations do serve several benefits which means many companies will continue to use them.
HERE’S HOW YOU CAN CREATE AND DELIVER ENGAGING VIRTUAL PRESENTATIONS:
V
irtual presentations are fast becoming a staple and a fresh way of presenting. In the past two years, we have seen a steady rise in virtual presentations, be it a team meeting, formal training, conference presentations, or any other meeting. The pandemic has required the switch to a virtual world. A virtual presentation should be prepared by keeping some basic questions in mind:
48 | The Global Hues | Vol. 2
a) What is the aim behind the presentation? b)
Who is the target audience?
c) What information should be presented, and what should be avoided? d) How to fit all the information into a meaningful sequence? e) How to do everything in sync with time? In the course of these two years, we have seen people giving phenomenal presentations on virtual platforms, yet there have been some cases where
| Special Issue | April 2022
people have failed terribly in a virtual setting. Here are some reasons: It’s Not Just Virtual Some people do virtual presentations thinking ‘It’s just virtual’. They believe that people’s expectations are lower for a virtual presentation, which leads them to underperform as they don’t feel the need to prepare or practice as much as they would have for a face to face presentation. Technical Difficulties No matter how well you have prepared for the presentation, technical issues like
Don’t Shrink Your Presentation At All! Although studies show that the attention span of people is reducing, shrinking something doesn’t always make a virtual presentation potent. Every speaker shrinks their presentation to meet the constantly reducing attention spans. However, doing this makes it bland. However, you can always create a window for ‘key takeaways.’ End your presentation by presenting key takeaways in the form of bullet points to add extra points to your presentation.

Heaven Gold Pen by Anita Tan ($995,510)
The Aurora Diamante is covered with over 30 carats De Beers diamonds on a solid platinum barrel. The total weight of diamonds used in this pen is more than 30 karats. It also has rhodium with 18 karat gold nib.
Designed by Canadian jewellery designer Anita Tan, Heaven Gold is made from pink gold. It consists of 161 specially calibrated diamonds and an exotic 43-carat green gemstone called a Tsavorite whose origin is in Africa. This gemstone is believed to be 2 billion years old.
