The Gorilla Pit We need to take both calories and protein per day to full fill the actual need of the body but we have to take those in a proper way .It is seen that one of most essential factors in body building is consumption of protein which is being always overlooked, but we do not take enough calories per day. We know that our body needs protein to grow and it seems true but it is sure that adequate does not always entail or contributes for growing, what one should do to consume calories also.


And the fact is that due to not growing enough calories, how much exact calories you need can be calculated by a general rule of thumb is that you need to multiply your body weight by 10 or 15 basing on your shape and then add 1000 or 1500 to it which is quantity of your per day calories. For rapid muscles growing, you need also take plenty of carbohydrates which can help you fueling exercise. Glycogen is the supposed to be a stronger form of carbohydrates but at same time we need to take a plenty of protein .
