Each option offers a unique sauna experience tailored to your preferences and needs. Arrive on time, select your preferred sauna option, and get ready to detoxify and relax like never before.

Two. Go Bare!

The Sauna Lab staff provide a full bath towels and scented toilettes to collect body sweat and each surface is disinfected between each use. Clients can utilize the sauna options with just the bare necessities walking choose from infrared clothing brand with The Sauna Lab logo and mantra. But not just your limbs should be bare...

Before you hit the sauna, give your skin a breather by removing all personal care products. Remember the pores will be open and you don’t want toxics reabsorbed into the skin.

Three. Can You Take the Heat?

You don't have to be a marathoner in the infrared sauna. It's about relaxation, so it’s okay to let go of the "must push myself to the limit" mentality. The Sauna Lab recommends taking your time and listening to your body. The recommended 45-minute duration is just that - a recommendation. Don't feel pressured to stay the full 45 minutes if your body isn't feeling it. If 20 minutes is your max, that's totally fine!

Four. Relax to the Max

Get ready to say "see ya later, alligator" to the outside world during your sauna sesh. It's time to disconnect, relax, and indulge in some much-needed "me time." You can catch up on your favorite TV show, meditate, or just zen out.

Remember, long before the days of traffic, saunas have been used for centuries for their health benefits. Infrared saunas have been shown to provide a long list of proven health benefits.

Five. Boost Your Detox!

If you really want to boost your detox game, give dry brushing or gua sha a try before and after your infrared sauna treatment. The benefits of dry brushing and gua sha before and after an infrared sauna treatment include increased lymphatic drainage, improved blood circulation, and enhanced detoxification. The natural bristle brush to gently exfoliate the skin and stimulate the lymphatic system. Trust, your lymphatic system will thank you.

Six. Cool Down Then Get Clean!

After your infra sauna session, resist the temptation to hop in the shower. Let your body cool down naturally for maximum detox benefits.

And after your session, resist the urge to slather on the lotion for at least an hour. Your pores are wide open, and anything you apply will go straight to your bloodstream.

This Sauna Lab provides Downtown with an experience that provides an array of benefits, such as improved sleep quality, detoxification, boosting of the immune system, increased metabolism, reduced stress, improved heart health, repair of muscle damage, and the reversal of aging.

By following these steps and the advice of The Sauna Lab, you can relax to the max and enjoy all the benefits of infrared sauna like a boss. The Sauna Lab is located at 1100 S. Hope Street, LA, CA 90015 @thesaunalab

TULSI INDIAN EATERY

The Perfect Fit for Downtown Los Angeles

Nestled in the heart of downtown Los Angeles and on the brink of the financial district, rests upscale, fast-casual restaurant Tulsi Indian Eatery. The beloved Indian restaurant quietly opened amid the height of the pandemic in September 2020 offering regional specialties and homestyle ingredients with the goal of bringing approachable Indian food to every neighborhood.

A concept that was twenty years in the making, friends Chirag Shah, CEO, Antonio Kanickaraj, Director of Operations, and Amjadkhan Pathan, Chief Marketing Officer, came together to celebrate the broad-ranging culinary diversity of Indian cuisine by creating a one-of-a-kind vegetarian and plant-based Indian food concept.

The fast-casual joint’s name, Tulsi, was derived from the Indian word which means basil. However, it’s much more than that. The holy basil plant is seen as a sacred plant in Hinduism and symbolizes protection and purity. The term is used to honor the god Vishnu whose consort is the goddess Tulsi.

“When developing the name for Tulsi Indian Eatery, we brainstormed through many names before one really struck us all,” said Chirag Shah, CEO. “It was simple yet obvious. With ‘Holy Basil,’ taking on the meaning sacred and pure, which are terms deeply rooted in Indian culture, we knew it was a perfect fit.”

Tulsi curated a menu that not only touches almost every corner of India but offers dishes that allow one to reminisce about a homecooked and comforting meal. While Tulsi Indian Eatery’s regional specialties nod to Northern, Western and Southern Indian cuisine, each dish incorporates authentic and fresh ingredients. From ingredients such as potato and cheese fritters, lentils, plant-based meats and spiced mixed veggies, to tomato and coconut chutneys, creamy masala gravy and more, Tulsi’s dishes are thoughtfully curated to ensure total awesomeness!

The eatery is continuing to put India on a plate (or in this case a bowl) with a new addition to the menu. The team behind the upscale-fast casual Indian eatery introduced the Curry Lunch Bowl to the menu for $9 with two goals in mind - to capture a taste of India in the form of a quick, flavor-packed lunch bowl for Angelenos who need sustenance on their lunch break and to offer a high-quality meal that is affordable for all to enjoy.

The Curry Lunch Bowl includes (1) a choice from four types of rice or four breads, (2) a choice of one curry from eight different varieties, (2) a freshly made cucumber salad, and (3) house pickles. The fast-casual joint also expanded its Thali (a round platter consisting of a region’s various dishes) in the form of an $18 combo from its flagship location in Northridge to its DTLA shop in its commitment to providing high-quality

meals at affordable price points. The combo includes a choice of three curries, one daal, one bread, one rice, one appetizer, and one dessert served with a side of papadum, raita, and house-made pickles.

Prior to expanding to Westwood, Northridge and Riverside, Tulsi Indian Eatery’s first location in downtown Los Angeles was inspired by a longstanding need for quality Indian food in Southern California. Now rooted in the downtown community for several years, the concept has proven a keen liking from the locals who keep coming back for more.

Let's Get Ready to Rumble!

Working together with Downtown's Crypto Arena like a furious tag team, The WWE WrestleMania 39 has smashed records and made history as the mostsuccessful and highest-grossing event in the company's storied past.

The electrifying two-night WrestleMania 39 event, held at the legendary SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, had fans on the edge of their seats with unforgettable matches and epic showdowns, but not before its yearly pre-launching party at Crypto Arena. Two days later, when the final bell rang, WrestleMania 39 had set new records for viewership, gate, sponsorship, merchandise, and social media engagement.

Night 1 of WrestleMania 39 kicked off with a bang as The Rock took on John Cena in an electrifying clash of titans that had the crowd roaring. The women's division was also on fire, as Ronda Rousey took on Charlotte Flair and Becky Lynch in a triple threat match that left the WWE Universe in awe. The legendary Undertaker returned to the ring to face off against AJ Styles in a match that had everyone at the edge of their seats.

Night 2 of WrestleMania 39 was an absolute knockout, shattering the existing global viewership record by a jaw-dropping 33 percent! Roman Reigns faced off against Daniel Bryan and Edge in a triple threat match for the WWE Universal Championship that was nothing short of spectacular.

The Raw Women's Championship was also up for grabs as Bianca Belair took on Sasha Banks in a thrilling match that had the crowd on their feet. And in the main event of the night, The Beast Incarnate Brock Lesnar went head-to-head with Drew McIntyre in a brutal match that had the WWE Universe cheering for their favorite.

Hold on to your spandex!

WrestleMania 39 also delivered a stunning gate of over $21.6 million, breaking the

previous record by a ferocious 27 percent, with an astounding 161,892 fans in attendance over the two nights! And the hits just keep on coming! WrestleMania 39 also obliterated all-time sponsorship and merchandise records, with sponsorship revenue rocketing past $20 million, more than doubling the previous record!

Meanwhile, merchandise sales at Crypto Arena were up an impressive 20 percent compared to the record set just last year.

But the excitement doesn't stop there, because WrestleMania 39 also became the most social WrestleMania of all-time, complete with a special appearance by Snoop Dogg, with over 500 million views and a staggering 11 million hours of video consumed over the two days! That's a bone-crushing 42 percent increase over last year!

THE NEW GLORIA MOLINA GRAND PARK

Downtown Los Angeles is abuzz with the news that Grand Park, the 12-acre urban oasis that has become a beloved gathering place for Angelenos, has been renamed in honor of the trailblazing politician and community leader, Gloria Molina.

Los Angeles County is celebrating the renaming of Grand Park in honor of Gloria Molina, a trailblazing politician and community leader who played a crucial role in its creation. Molina's signature royal purple color was on display as the Los Angeles County supervisors voted to rename the park in her honor.

The announcement of the dedication came just a week after Molina, 74, revealed that she was living with "very aggressive" terminal cancer.

Molina has a long and storied history of public service.

She was the first Latina elected to the state Assembly, the Los Angeles City Council, and the county Board of Supervisors. Her 23 years of service on the Board of Supervisors were marked by her unwavering commitment to her community and her tireless efforts to improve the lives of all Angelenos, particularly those from marginalized communities.

The park, which stretches three blocks between City Hall and the Music Center, was a vision that Molina fought hard to bring to life.

As her family, friends, and colleagues recounted at the renaming ceremony, Molina was instrumental in creating the green space that now doubles as the Civic Center's grassy spine, connecting the County Hall of Administration to City Hall.

Molina's influence extended far beyond her work on the Board of Supervisors. She was a champion of education, serving as a trustee of the Los Angeles Community College District and founding the Molina Foundation, which supports literacy and education programs for children and families.

Despite her recent terminal cancer diagnosis, Molina's legacy and spirit remain strong, and she continues to inspire and uplift those around her. The renaming of Grand Park in her honor is a fitting tribute to her incredible strength and resilience.

The park's new name, Gloria Molina Grand Park, ensures that her impact on Los Angeles will never be forgotten. This urban oasis has become a beloved gathering place for Angelenos, hosting concerts, festivals, including the city's largest Earth Day event. The upcoming Earth Day event offers a variety of free activities, such as performances, composting, tours of the park's sustainable landscaping. @grandparkla
