The Tomato Compass Product Overview Guide for the Best Selection

With annually increasing household consumption levels, tomatoes are one of the most popular vegetables among consumers. Diversity plays a key role in consumers’ passion for tomatoes – diversity both in taste and appearance. In the last few years especially, The Greenery’s tomato growers have developed hugely different varieties of tomatoes to meet a wide range of customer preferences and types of use. A system of categories has been developed to help retailers create the best possible selection of tomatoes. A system of categories

It helps producers target their production more efficiently: it helps the grower to decide, for instance, which and how much of a variety to grow for a particular category. This allows us to match production and demand even more closely.
