Peter As per my memo to you, we do not have the technical expertise to conduct a thorough investigation of this matter. Per our discussion I have developed and sent out an Statement of Work to a group of vendors to solicit bids which will provide the services we need. Attached is a copy of the scope of work. I sent this out earlier today. Once the proposals are received I can provide answers to your questions.
