The new Sikadur®-31+ is a two-part epoxy-based, moisture-tolerant construction adhesive that bonds most building materials. It can be used for interior and exterior do-it-yourself (DIY) applications in addition to traditional professional applications.

More performance

Sikadur®-31+ offers even higher mechanical strengths and can also be used for structural concrete repairs, joint filling, and crack sealing. It hardens without shrinkage, is completely impermeable for most liquids and water vapour and does not sag in vertical and overhead applications. No primer is needed and the open time and pot life of Sikadur®-31+ have been optimised. Thus, the high-quality product enables unprecedented flexibility.

More sustainable

In addition to its superior performance metrics and versatility, Sika has emphasised the sustainability aspect of the product. Sikadur®-31+ meets LEED v4 requirements and features very low VOC.
