Dragons, In the Beginning...

The dragons entered my periphery vision during 2004via a lady called Korani Connolly. Korani and I workedtogether on the Mind, Body, Spirit Magazine, OneSource; Korani as my Deputy Editor, side-kick, generalsounding board, but most importantly as my friend.

It was during 2006 that the dragons really came intotheir own during my Reiki I attunement. That pointwas a game changer for me and I received one of mybiggest downloads ever. The Clans (as I now knowthem to be called) were flying overhead. That was thepoint they gave me my life’s work and the instructions.

Most of what the Dragons gave me that daytook about 12 or more years to put into place. Theinstructions on workshops was the easy part. Ibegan running workshops on Dragons, how toconnect and why they were here. The remainingpart of their instructions were more difficult,and, in all honesty, I didn’t feel ‘qualified’ or wiseenough let alone good enough to carry themout. That all took the intervening 12 years.

Why Dragons?

Dragons, I have come to understand are, in simpleterms, another form of divine or spiritual energy. Likethat of guides, angels, power animals and so on.

The energy connection we require on aspiritual level will make itself known to us.

And seeing that some of us are more resistant thanothers (don’t listen as acutely as our peers may) getdragon banging on the door, rather than the gentle tapof the angelics!

Like the angels, the dragons have their ownpersonality and each one carries their own wisdom,support and teachings for us. They are immenselypowerful, creative, inquisitive and honourable beingsthat carry a lovely sense of humour, peppered withenormous compassion. I liken Dragon energy to that ofthe Noble War Horse.

Why Now?

Dragons’ appearance now is testament that we arenow ready. Dragon has been ‘bumbling’ about inthe background for a long time, waiting for us ashumans to be ready to hear, see and accept them.Some of us have been aware of them for an incrediblylong time, even life times in some instances.

Finally, we are waking up spiritually in wayswhich were not accessible previously. The whole ofhuman consciousness is lifting together. Now theplanet’s vibration has lifted, enough dragons are

able to connect with us. They are able to lower theirenergy enough so we can raise ours to meet them.

Like all spiritual beings they are wise teachersand masters, and urge us to be kind to ourselves,to be honest, to break away from patterns andways of being which are not in alignment toour true nature and spiritual pathway.

The biggest one is to honour ourselves ashuman beings living a spiritual existencehere on this planet we call home.

Types of Dragon

Many of us are aware of the Eastern philosophyconcerning Dragons. How they connect to theelements, of Earth, Air, Fire and Water. I also believethere are wood dragons, metal dragons, and ice dragons(Ice Dragon is actually one of my healing dragons).There are also 3 other Clans of dragon:

Grand Masters

Wise and compassionate beings who make extraordinary teachers.The Grand Masters carry both dragon and human form and havethe ability to shift swiftly and easily between the two. They are alsoAscended Masters, but not all Ascended Masters are Grand Masters.

Galactic Guardians

These powerful dragons are the go between, between our world andthat of the Galaxies. They include Lord Kathumi, Luna and others,which you can discover more of from my Dragon Path Oracle Deck.

Earth Walk Clan

These dragons walk beside us daily, encouraging us, guidingus and supporting us. Helping us to be brave, to be honest withourselves, to give us courage to change, to speak up, to keepmoving forward. In short, to be the best version of us we canpossible attain in this life time both spiritually and humanly.
