WASTE TO WEALTH
PROJECT
Proposed Paper and Plastic Recycling Plant
April 2023 to July 2023
Architectural Design Studio IV | ARC 421 Design Studio
Location: Covenant University Ota, Ogun State, Nigeria.
Instructors: Dr O. Oluwatayo, Dr A. Owoseni
Medium of Presentation: Revit, Lumion
CONCEPT
The proposed project is to design a plastic and paper recycling factory at Covenant University Ota, the design is expected to be Eco- Friendly and it is to serve as an architectural reference point for recycling plant design. And to this I used a Truck as my base point for my concept, since this is a vehicle that is very common in facilities like this, the truck always has two parts which is the head (where the driver is) and the storage space(where the goods are kept). And in the case of this design the head represents the Administrative block while the storage represents the Factory
CONTEXT
The central idea behind your design is the metaphorical transformation of a truck into a waste recycling factory, symbolizing mobility, efficiency, and adaptability. This concept not only provides a functional solution for waste management but also contributes to the visual and cultural landscape of urban areas.

CONCEPT
The goal of the design is to remove physical barriers and create a more inclusive environment.
The principles of bank design have been developed on seven principles of universal design in order to meet the needs of its many users.
The design delivers efficiency in both circulation and external façade performance, it is a multi floor design with vertical circulation connectivity between the floors, also giving room for the incorporation of a void to facilitate natural light penetration into the floor plan

Location: Ota, Ogun State, Nigeria.
Instructors: Dr P. A Aderonmu, Dr Omoyeni Fulani
Medium of Presentation: Revit Lumion
CONCEPT
The proposed design is a telecommunication friendship centre designed to accommodate five (5) staff, with spaces that cater for all the customers needs.
Some of the features included in this design are indoor and out door living, natural lighting and ventilation. With the incorporation of curtain walls(anti -solar) on the front and side of the building helps to improve daylighting and to also give that aesthetic appeal.
CONTEXT
The primary idea behind your design is the integration of two L-shaped cuboids, representing the convergence of different communication paths and the formation of a unified space for social interaction. This concept embodies connectivity, technology, and the fostering of friendships through modern telecommunication.

The integration of smart home technology, sustainable design practices, and flexible living spaces enhances the quality of life for the residents, making it a truly modern and forward-thinking home. PROJECT (INTERNSHIP)
A Gated Community Estate Project
April 2022
Professional Project
Location: Abeokuta, Ogun State.
Consultant: Building Division at OOLG
Status: Under Construction.
This is a gated community designed to house various families of various working class. The Estate was planned with excellent infrastructure and services, and superb community recreational spaces. The estate, cited on 3.8 hectares of land will be completed and delivered as 1 bedroom semi-detached bungalow and will be home to 112 families living within a gated community. Though the project is designed as 1 bedroom semi-detached bungalow, the buyers at their convenience can expand it. It can easily be converted to 2 or 3 bedroom with minimal cost.

10 3D VISUALS AND RENDERS
This a 3d visualization of the Bosjes chapel in cape town, South Africa, I modeled and rendered it using both Revit and Lumion
This is a design of the of a lakeside loft, what brought about this design was me thinking of a home away from home so that idea gave birth to this design, (it is still a concept this is not the finalized design)
