LOCATION PHOTOGRAPHY An evening walk around the stunning birthplace of William Shakespeare in Stratford-upon-Avon. You will learn key practical techniques on how to use ambient and manual lighting to capture atmospheric and dramatic images.

In the morning session, all practical aspects of photographing nature and wildlife is covered including the use of lenses, extenders, flashguns, tripods and specialist equipment. FINE ART DIGITAL BLACK & WHITE PRINTING Location:

This course has been designed to enable both amateur and professional photographers to understand and apply the digital techniques needed to produce archival fine art monochrome prints for home, commercial or gallery use.
Photoshop For Photographers is a series of courses that provides students with the core skills needed to harness this powerful imaging software. The Complete Photoshop Journey takes you on a the full photo processing journey, from practical shooting experience to creating winning images. Whatever level you are at now, these courses are designed to give valuable insight, allowing you to create and print groundbreaking images.

Adobe Lightroom is the essential tool for any photographer who uses a digital camera and this series of tutorials show how to make the best from this fantastic program. Starting with downloading from a memory card, the course explains clearly how to import, sort, develop and output to a printer or digital file. This four session course covers the key areas in Lightroom; the Library, Develop and Printing modules with a look at the Slideshow and Book modules. Although the sessions can be purchased separately, you should attend all of the first three if possible as you will then understand the complete workflow through Lightroom and this is the key to using it successfully.
DIGITAL PRINTING Locations:

For those who enjoy turning their digital files into physical work. The course content will enable students to successfully and confidently print their own work, dramatically reducing the cost of creating physical output. Everything you want to know about digital printing and output of colour & monochrome images. This course is directed around the popular Epson Photo printer range, although skills learnt on the day are transferrable to whichever home printer you may have.

Leigh Preston FRPS, EFIAP, MPAGB, FIPF Leigh has been involved in photography for nearly 30 years as a freelance photographer, club lecturer, international salon exhibitor, author, and regular contributor to magazines. FRPS in both the Visual Arts and Darkroom Printing panels. Member of the London Salon of Photography and Arena.
Libby Smith MPAGB, EFIAP Libby is the president of the Scottish Photographic Federation. A lot of the creative work that Libby does hinges heavily around the way she uses layers and masks to achieve very artistically stunning images.
Martin Addison FRPS Martin is an enthusiastic photographer who for over 40 years has worked in many types of photographic media including slides, audio-visual, colour prints and digital images, He has published three books on Corel Painter, as well as Adobe Lightroom.
Pete Johnson LRPS Pete has been particularly successful in education with a number of students starting their own photographic businesses and several students achieving RPS awards. Although he started his photography with film, his particular interest and understanding of digital photography has been tremendous - enjoying the control it affords in making images.
Rod Wheelans Hon. PAGB, FRPS, FIPF, MPAGB Rod started as a professional wedding photographer when he was 17 but gave it up to pursue another successful business career. However, he returned to the photographic industry to realise his true passion. Now, once again an established wedding and portrait photographer, he has acquired numerous awards such as MPA Scottish Portrait Photographer of the year (twice) amongst others.
