As we gear up for a summer like no other, craft breweries from around Australia profile some of their latest creations.
Willie the Boatman - Crazy Ivan
This classic American West Coast IPA has a firm bitterness with a medium to low malt backbone. Heavily hopped, Crazy Ivan is bursting with dank pine, citrus, and grapefruit aromas. It's a well-rounded and an extremely balanced West Coast IPA.
Fixation Brewing Co - Little Ray
With humble beginnings as an incubator pilot brew, Little Ray very quickly became one of the brewer's most popular beers. This hazy IPA has layers of pineapple, agave and tropical fruit brought to life by a generous triple dry-hopping with Galaxy & El Dorado hops.
Modus Brewing - Cerveza
This crisp, classic beer was inspired by coastal Mexico, although freshly brewed on this side of the Pacific. Cerveza has been casually crafted with high-quality and traditional Mexican ingredients. It is frosty, light-bodied with a crisp citrus finish, and is best served with a fresh lime wedge.
Wayward Brewing Co - Raspberry Berliner
This dry and refreshing beer is a take on the classic Berliner Weisse style. Bursting with bright raspberry flavours, balanced by zippy tartness and a crisp, dry finish, it’s Summer in a glass (or straight from the can).
