WHERE IT BEGAN

Dermalogica was first founded in 1983 with the launch of The International Dermal Institute (IDI), a post-graduate education provider for the professional aesthetics industry. By 1986 the owners of IDI, an entrepreneurial skin therapist called Jane Wurwand and her husband Ray, worked closely with their newly appointed Head of Research and Development Dr Diana Howard to create a very new, very different professional skin care range that would be the catalyst for great industry change.
