■ 3 lychees

■ 5cm piece of lemongrass, sliced thinly

■ Schweppes Lemon & Lime Mineral Water

METHOD: 1. Add lychees and lemongrass into a wine glass. Muddle. 2. Add ice, stir and top with Schweppes Lemon & Lime Mineral Water.

GARNISH: Lemongrass slices

ADULTS-ONLY TWIST: Add a dash of lime-infused vodka for an adults-only twist
