wellness needs in a familiar place — the school MERIDIAN HEALTH SERVICES’ NEWEST PRACTICE IN MUNCIE IS an innovative model for addressing school nursing, behavioral and physical health concerns at a place that feels safe and is accessible and convenient to families. Meridian works with 340 schools statewide providing behavioral services, but a unique partnership with Muncie Community Schools and Muncie Southside Middle School is the first to also provide primary medical care, behavioral services and school nursing services in one location, and to extend those services beyond students to include families and those in the community.
