It can also be fi tted with optional remote central locking and its hinges are now more durable, allowing them to withstand the rigours of working life. Both these new hard-tops are made from tough GRP, which can be colour-coded, and include a high-level LED brake light above a solid rear door designed for enhanced privacy and security. Both can easily be adapted with a range of accessories including racking, drawers and optional roof bars, and with additional reinforcements in the roof area they can carry a static load of up to 500kg.
These new hard-tops will be initially available for extra-cab and double-cab versions of our reigning Pick-Up of the Year – the new Isuzu D-Max. Truckman says the range will then be expanded as new pick-ups hit the market.
