Can’t make it to Bali right away? Don’t worry, Cintai Corito’s Garden will bring Bali to you.

“Cintai” means “love” in Indonesian Bahasa—and rightly so, since it reflects the love embodied by its namesake. This garden was built to honor the memory of Corito, the matriarch who passed away from cancer. Her family would take her to their private Balinese-inspired sanctuary to help her forget her condition. They chose to share their garden in the hopes that it would become a haven for others in the same way that it had been for the matriarch.

This sanctuary, located somewhere in Balete, Lipa, is perfect for anyone searching for relief from the hustle and bustle of modern life. Covered in trees, this seven-hectare land is full of twists and turns.

Step ahead and you may explore each of the gigantic Balinese structures or take a dip or splash in one of its four swimming pools. Or, what about a spa massage, where you’re caressed by professional therapists and bathed in a soothing fragrance of oils? What’s more, an Instagram-worthy shot might feature local animals like alpacas, horses, and ducks, which tourists can feed too!

Tired of wandering? This garden restaurant can give you an extra kick. Abadi Restaurant serves a variety of veggies and protein-rich food for breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner, and a buffet on Mondays. These may be savored at their alfresco areas at affordable costs while receiving the same high-quality service as a deluxe diner. On top of their mouthwatering dishes, Abadi’s interiors are another visual feast.

In addition, Cintai offers a great day trip from 8 AM to 5 PM, but visitors and tourists can also stay at its hotel to make the most of their good night’s rest. It has 18 Balinese-inspired villas, each with its own set of amenities classified into deluxe, terrace, garden, and executive categories. The Terrace Villa and Garden Villa are perfect for groups or families, with their regular prices ranging from P10,000 to P11,000 per night. Meanwhile, the Deluxe Villa, with a standard rate of P10,000, is ideal for small families, typically two adults and two children. They do, however, offer significant discounts depending on the season. If you want to spend a little extra, the executive villa, which costs P27,500 a night, is the right one for you. Each villa has no television and has limited Wi-Fi connectivity, providing the opportunity to “disconnect to connect.”

Reservations can be made through several booking services or by emailing at cintaireservations@coritosgarden. com. You may also visit their Facebook page—Cintai Corito’s Garden Batangas—for further information. In case of conflicts with scheduling, the resort permits free cancellation before the reserved date.

Truly, Cintai is run by some of the finest in the business. With employees brimming with outstanding service and top-tier amenities ranging from notable Balinese architecture to cuisines, villas, and other recreational activities, you definitely won’t be leaving empty-handed. Only here in the heart of Batangas can you satisfy your heart’s desire!
