Volunteer The Leakey Foundation is looking for volunteers to help make our Foundation more efficient and successful. Volunteer skill sets may vary depending on the duties, but we always seek individuals (or groups) that will bring an enthusiasm for fulfilling our mission of increasing scientific knowledge, education, and public understanding of human origins, evolution, behavior and survival. Most volunteer opportunities are available Monday-Friday at the Foundation headquarters in San Francisco, with some exceptions. (Exceptions may include events in the evening, programs in cities other than San Francisco, and some opportunities to work from home.)
