1. Build a “frame” with chicken wire and attach to wall.

2. Cover wire frame with moss.

3. Weave your long stem florals and branches into frame.

4. Layer in large florals such as hydrangeas and peonies.

5. Bundle groups of florals, wire together and place in frame.

6. Make any adjustments and add additional moss as needed.

Terms available on initial orders over $3,500 for qualifying accounts with a completed credit application.

Should the order include oversized items, or have items that will ship by freight line or are palletized, the order will be shipped via LTL carrier and will not be released until the total ship value exceeds $1,000. Freight services such as lift gate, inside delivery, delivery appointment etc., are available but need to be requested prior to the shipment leaving our Distribution Center. These services will include additional charges.

Backorders under $200 will automatically be cancelled. Truck shipment backorders under $350 will automatically be cancelled.

DISCOUNT & DATING PROGRAMS

Spring 2025 orders $3,500 & above are eligible for 4/15/2025 Dating. Early Buy Discount applies to Spring 2025 orders placed by 9/13/2024. ORDER TOTAL

• All Discounts & Dating are subject to credit approval & payment within terms.

• Early Buy Discount & Dating will be applied to all Spring 2025 reorders.

Should the order include oversized items or have items that will Ship by Freight Line/Palletized, the order will be shipped via LTL carrier and will not be released until the total ship value exceeds $1,000.00. Freight services such as lift gate, inside delivery, delivery appointment, residential delivery, limited access etc., are available but need to be requested prior to the shipment leaving the Distribution Center. These services will include additional charges. Customer pick up orders must arrange a specified pick up date. If customer pick up orders are not picked up by the specified date customer will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

BACK ORDERS | Back orders will be shipped automatically unless otherwise specified. Back orders under $200.00 will be automatically cancelled. Truck shipment back orders under $350.00 will automatically be cancelled.

CLAIMS | Easily make all your claims online at razimports.com (under the Contact drop down menu select Submit Claim) or go to the form directly at the URL bit.ly/RAZClaims. All discrepancies and claims must be reported within 60 days of receipt of merchandise; a restocking fee of 20% will be applied. Returns are not accepted without prior authorization. All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging as received and cannot be pre-priced. Please note, returned product that arrives damaged will not be credited. Photographs of damaged merchandise are required for claims over $200. Unauthorized returns will be subject to a 30% restocking fee plus freight. Freight damages should be filed with the carrier and will require a bill of lading or pictures of the product and their original boxes on skids at the time of delivery.

CANCELING AN ORDER & REVISING QUANTITIES | We require all customers to send cancellations and revisions in writing to raz@ razimports.com. You are not required to use the form we provide here but you must send us a dated & signed letter of cancellation. All cancellations must be received 30 days prior to ship date. We will reach out with confirmation upon processing your order revision or cancellation.
