PRICING GUIDE

MINIMUM ORDER

New account opening orders are $500 with a 6 piece minimum per design in assorted sizes Existing customers can place reorders at a minimum of $100 Orders less than $100 will be subject to a small order fee of $10

TERRITORY & ACCOUNT ACTIVITY

Territory protection is based on shopping district, not on zipcode Ask your sales rep for more information or details

FREIGHT CHARGES

Merchandise will be shipped by the best and least expensive means Freight costs will be prepaid and added to your invoice unless otherwise requested UPS is our standard shipper

TERMS

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, and AMERICAN EXPRESS Net 30 terms are available upon credit approval Accounts must apply for credit by supplying an up-to-date credit sheet with credit information We use Experian Credit Reporting agency to run credit, and approval information is based upon the information supplied in the credit report . No CODs . Net 30 terms are based on the date of the invoice and finance charges in the amount of 1 5% per month will be applied to invoices not paid within 30 days Prices are subject to change without notice We reserve the right to discontinue product

BACK ORDERS

Our goal is to have a fully-stocked warehouse, but we cannot guarantee that every item will be in stock at all times Items not in stock will automatically be back ordered and shipped as they become available, unless stipulated differently by the customer Backorders under $50 will automatically cancel and can be placed on a future order .

RETURNS

Please ensure all shipments are thoroughly checked upon receipt; any damages not reported within 7 days of receipt will not be accepted All returns are subject to review and will be accepted by Couture Tee Company only with prior return authorization

Returns received without a Return Authorization (R A ) number will be refused and returned to sender All authorized returns must be shipped prepaid to Couture Tee Company within 7 days of receipt of goods and incur a 10% restocking fee

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Order changes and cancellations must be submitted in writing and acknowledged by our sales rep or our customer service team . We require order changes and cancellations be made at least 7 days prior to the ship date

RESTOCKING FEE

Couture Tee Company will charge a 10% restocking fee, as well as related shipping costs on all refused orders, unauthorized returns, and authorized returns where applicable .
