SUMMER JOBS FOR STUDENTS IN TRONDHEIM

Find your summer job here!

DID YOU KNOW?

83% percent of the students at Workation’s own career event said they discovered many local tech businesses they did not know about.

Næringsforeningen i Trondheimsregionen (Mid Norway Chamber of Commerce and Industry) & Study Trondheim are continuing last year’s successful Workation.

Workation started out as an idea to connect students with Trondheim businesses through a collaborative summer job project. Now, Workation links students with 19 exciting technology businesses in Trondheim and just this summer offered 145 summer jobs.

This fall, you can expect even more job opportunities, with participation from around 30 local tech businesses in total. In October, Workation will post summer job offerings for 2023, stay tuned to view openings for around 200 positions!

Workation allows students into the reality of business life and allows for an easy connection between companies and students. The students benefit from relevant work experience and practice, while also getting to know Trondheim better. Helping the students ultimately helps the business and the region’s overall economy.

Trondheim is Norway’s best student city - also during summer break!

Workation is more than just a place to find summer jobs, it is also a network for participating students during the summer. Hang out with your fellow Workation peers, get to know the city better, and earn career-relevant business experience!

Examples of social activities offered through Workation:

Brew-tasting, Escape Hunt, Curling, Bowling, Slip’n slide, Paintball, Minigolf, Mountain hiking & Volleyball tournament.

Attend Workation’s Career event for summer jobs in the beginning of November! In the meantime, keep updated through Workation’s Instagram:  workationtrd
