Well we are still in a partial lockdown but freedom, in a safe way, is just around the corner. My beautiful mum was diagnosed with Vascular Dementia 3 years ago so I signed up to cycle from London to Paris in 2020 to raise money for Alzheimer’s Society. Sadly this event has been cancelled 2 years running now so I am going to cycle the same 320 mile distance over 4 days. From West Malling, around the South Coast to Portsmouth and back starting on Thursday 29th July and returning on Sunday 1st August. If you have/have had a family member affected by this devastating disease you will want to find a cure too. Please help me to raise awareness and money to help with support and funding for research.
