Dearest Reader, I want to give you a quick sight into the work I do and care most about. This portfolio is rather a little ap petizer than a complete impression of my versatility and skill. These are just some works I am quite proud of. For example the background here. May it subconsciously interfere with your thoughts. May it convince you to dedicate some of your precious minutes to me. Even invite me to your place for a cof fee, a chat and a job. Because I seriously want to work for you & I will give all my best to do so. Yours, Jakob

Art is the answer but you’re not gonna like it

Waves symbolise interference with surrounding — so thoughtful!

This is the biggest project I did so far and my start for creating work for the academy. Because of it’s hugeness I will show you only an excerpt. The 16 different posters were hanged all throughout the academy and were designed to fit in the buildings architecture nicely. On the day itself I planted 7 Infostations with interactive maps, the programme and general information. I did also all digital work, several banners, animated gifs and a mini-homepage. If you are

You want perfect health? Move in time and space like you wish? Overcome diseases and ugly bodyparts? Don’t worry, there will be nothing left of the pathetic “you“. Scientology fucks your brain and eats you up. Sorry for using these rude words, but it’s true.

Sa p rocto log y Of course the name refers to scientology Saprobia - nasty bacteria & funghi, decay, etc Proctology - rectal sickness

scientology is a superweird brainfuck theater, and it has to be

Scientology is extremely weird, creepy and anxious. So has to be my visual response.

For the undecided: a happiness test! And it’s free!

Scientology loves to sue people, that’s one reason why their name is changed. The other is, that the new one just fits better!

In my pupertary age of 14, kurt cobain was chosen as a potential imaginary friend. But the feeling of a monologue never completely vanished Sometimes the imagination was strong enough to be nearly self-convincing

The sofisticated hardware userinterface makes it possible to browse through the content by turning the pages at a personal favourite speed

It is a ongoing project and is filled with content and essays in periodical bursts

I was struggling about what i do & why i do it. To discover this, i interviewed people which did interesting things in their private and/or professional lives and tried to find out their reasons and motivations

A tiny spider kisses the books’ spine

Every person i interviewed became his own background collage of things I photo-graphed before and thought would

Wh a t & Wh y

To get to know more interesting people, i asked at the end from every interview for another person to interview. This way i hopped around the earth and got to know people i wouldn’t ever have met otherwise
