California MENTOR’s 5th Annual Autism Awareness Festival was a huge success that brought together families, friends and the community in support of Autism awareness. On April 2, 2016 over 1,300 people gathered on World Autism Awareness Day to enjoy festivities and learn about services providing supports to those with special needs. Over 30 different vendors participated in this year’s Autism Awareness Fest, which grew from last year’s 19 participants. In addition to education on services available to the community, families were able to engage in a jovial blend of activities and entertainment such as a BMX stunt show, bubble pools, sensory activities, bounce houses, Mini-Train, face painting, photo booth, live band, martial artist, graffiti art wall and spin art station. California MENTOR provided free Carl’s jr. meals to our guests with all proceeds going to Autism Society Inland Empire. Family Home Agency
