Florida MENTOR Florida MENTOR volunteers helped prepare meals for those in need at the Metropolitan Ministries Outreach Center in Tampa and worked behind the scenes to sort donations and assist patrons.
NeuroRestorative Florida
NeuroRestorative Florida volunteers sorted nearly 17,000 pounds of donations at Feeding Tampa Bay, a local food bank—enough to provide over 14,000 meals to families in the community.
REM Iowa, Cedar Rapids

More than 65 volunteers from REM Iowa helped clean the grounds and organize the Clothing Closet at Families Helping Families in Cedar Rapids. This organization offers programs and services to assist children in foster care in Iowa and the families that care for them.
REM Iowa, Des Moines REM Iowa volunteers from Urbandale-Des Moines gave Sam Cohen Park a thorough cleanup, with over 30 volunteers pitching in.
REM Iowa, Council Bluffs
REM Iowa volunteers in Council Bluffs helped beautify Big Lake Park, a five acre public park overlooking Gilbert Pond.
REM Iowa & NeuroRestorative Iowa, Davenport
Ninety-five REM Iowa and NeuroRestorive Iowa volunteers, including individuals we serve, picked up the schoolgrounds, put down mulch and painted the parking lot at North High School in Davenport.
NeuroRestorative Carbondale, Illinois
NeuroRestorative Carbondale volunteers helped restore and clean over two miles of trails in Green Earth Nature Preserve.
Indiana MENTOR, Fort Wayne
Indiana MENTOR volunteers in Fort Wayne gave their time at Community Harvest Food Bank, where they prepared more than 190 packs of groceries to be delivered to homebound seniors.
Indiana MENTOR, New Castle
Indiana MENTOR volunteers from New Castle sorted donations and helped prepare for a sale at Outfitters, a charity boutique that provides clothing for children in need.
Two groups from Indiana MENTOR volunteered at the Bloomington Center for Sustainable Living, an organization whose goal is to develop projects and programs that support more sustainable ways of living. The groups helped build a tool shed and complete yard work for the Center’s Bicycle Project.

NeuroRestorative Kentucky
NeuroRestorative Kentucky volunteers teamed up in Ashland’s Central Park to paint the gazebo, a popular gathering place among locals, and beautify the grounds.
NeuroRestorative Louisiana NeuroRestorative Lousiana volunteers in Hammond hosted a pet adoption party with the Tangi Humane Society, leading to adoptions for four dogs. In total, 48 volunteers came together to help find new homes for shelter dogs.

NeuroRestorative Maine volunteers handed out donated bicycle helmets to children and presented brain injury information to parents in Standish.
The Boston Office & North Andover Shared Services Center, Mass.
Volunteers worked at Cradles to Crayons and put together 166 packages of essentials for children from low-income families and families experiencing homelessness.

REM Arrowhead volunteers from Duluth conducted an extensive cleanup and beautifucation project at Lincoln Park.

A team of 30 volunteers tidied up Heritage Park in St. Cloud.
REM Heartland, Minnesota More than 50 volunteers from REM Heartland collected items for emergency homeless shelters through the organization Partners for Affordable Housing in Mankota.
REM Hennepin, Minnesota
Volunteers from Chanhassen packed more than 25,000 meals at Feed My Starving Children—enough to feed 70 children in need for a full year.
REM North Star, Minnesota

Volunteers stocked, sorted and organized food donations at the Bemidji Community Food Shelf, which provides meals to people in the community who are experiencing food insecurity.
REM North Star, Minnesota Minnesota volunteers from the Crookston office groomed and exercised dogs from the local community in exchange for monetary donations. The group donated the funds to the local animal shelter where they are regular volunteers.
REM Ramsey, Minnesota
Volunteers beautified Battle Creek Park in St. Paul, cleaning up the area and doing yard work across approximately 3.5 miles of parkland.
REM South Central Services, Minnesota
South Central Services Regional office volunteers organized a food drive, collecting and donating over 800 pounds of food and $443 to food banks in Buffalo and Monticello.
REM Woodvale, Minnesota Over 40 volunteers cleaned and beautified parks in Austin, Owatonna and Albert Lea.

REM Mississippi volunteers picked up litter along miles of rural roads in Pike County. In total, 57 volunteers pitched in to clean the area in McComb.

Missouri MENTOR volunteers took part in the Kidney Walk in Columbia, which raised over $36,000 to fight kidney disease.
Missouri MENTOR, Kansas City
Missouri MENTOR volunteers in Kansas City sorted donations and put together over 200 care packages for individuals who are experiencing homelessness at the Uplift Organization.
Missouri MENTOR, Independence
Missouri MENTOR volunteers from Independence served brunch to 52 families and planted flowers at the Ronald McDonald House in Kansas City.
CareMeridian, Nevada
CareMeridian volunteers from Las Vegas sorted and processed donations to the Global Soap Project, which collects soap and other products from hotels and distributes them around the world.

NeuroRestorative New Jersey volunteers made sandwiches and packed utensils for more than 325 individuals in need at the Cathedral Kitchen in Camden.

Over 70 volunteers from REM New Jersey and New Jersey MENTOR teamed up to paint buildings, plant flowers and maintain the community garden at the Boys & Girls Club in Vineland.

Nearly 80 volunteers from New Jersey MENTOR and REM New Jersey joined forces to beautify the grounds at Pine Grove Manor Elementary School in Somerset.
REM North Dakota, Devil’s Lake REM North Dakota volunteers in Devil’s Lake beautified Roosevelt Park. They cleaned up the bleachers and volleyball courts and cleared sticks and debris from the picnic area.

NeuroRestorative Rhode Island volunteers collected and donated over 240 pounds of dog and cat food, as well as other necessities for rescue animals at the Little Rhody Bully Breed Club.

NeuroRestorative Virginia volunteers from Blacksburg painted classrooms and spruced up the facilities at the Boys & Girls Club in Roanoke.

REM West Virginia
REM West Virginia volunteers beautified public lands in Dunbar, completed painting projects at a park in Wellsburg, and helped clean the Latrobe Street Mission homeless shelter in Parkersburg.
REM Wisconsin, La Farge Over 40 REM Wisconsin volunteers painted, cleaned and did maintenance work at the La Farge Community Center.
REM Wisconsin, Oconto Falls
REM Wisconsin volunteers in Oconto Falls did yard and maintenance work at The Cottages, an assisted living facility. They washed walls and vacuumed the entire 5,500 square foot space, and cleaned more than three dozen windows.
REM Wisconsin, La Crosse REM Wisconsin volunteers sorted 25 boxes of donations and cleaned up the grounds, including 13 garden beds, at the Salvation Army store and shelter.
