CONGRATS TO REM IOWA!
The MENTOR Network’s President and CEO, Bruce Nardella, and Chief Quality Officer, Gerry Morrissey, agreed to travel to volunteer alongside employees in the state with the highest percentage of employee participation. REM Iowa was the winner with nearly 400 employees, family members and consumers signed up, so Bruce and Gerry headed to Iowa!

A team from the Boston Office and the North Andover Shared Services Center sorted and prepared 105 outfit packages to be distributed to low-income children at Cradles 2 Crayons in Brighton, Massachusetts.

REM New Jersey and New Jersey MENTOR joined forces to assemble 224 boxes of food at the Community Food Bank of New Jersey. They also collected 120 food drive items for individuals in need!

REM Arrowhead’s group of 20 volunteers prepared and served a hot meal to over 300 individuals at the Damiano Soup Kitchen, which operates the largest on-site meal program in the city of Duluth, MN. Volunteers also collected clothing and 77lbs. of food to benefit the Damiano Center, where the soup kitchen is located.
