Introductions
My love for photography and art began at an early age, and it led me to a degree in visual communications/commercial photography. I have been fortunate enough to work in so many aspects of photography. Wedding and portrait photography for me is the perfect fit, I feel blessed to be doing what I love. What’s my style? I love natural light and catching moments that are real and honest. I favor an editorial style, mixing documentary with a hint of fashion and fine art.
“I live and experience the world through visual images & I have been taking photographs most of my life. It is my greatest passion.” I provide completely personalized service from start to finish, yet at the same time, I am never pushy or demanding. I like to direct my energy into the camera lens to capture every special moment. I also take care to get your input and direction every step of the way. You choose which photos will go in your album and you will see final proofs before anything is printed. Of couse I am happy to give input when asked.

CHAPTER THREE
And There Was Fun To Be Had By All Photo booth What it is: Strike a pose and have fun! There’s always a photographer in the booth helping to create silly, hilarious photos of you and your guests. It’s not a typical booth, it’s not automatic and there’s no printer on site. The photographer in the booth is shooting with a high end camera to capture all the action! With high res images, you can create prints, albums or gifts! When it’s up: The photo booth is usally set up during dinner and is open throughout the time we’re scheduled to be at the reception. During the usual wedding events like the first dance or cake cutting, etc. We’ll put up a sign that says “be right back” so that you can still have two photographers covering your wedding. We’ll tear down the booth about twenty minutes before we’re scheduled to leave. What you get: All of the photo booth images will be put up on the same proofing site as your wedding, except it will have its own folder called “photo booth!” Your guests will be able to get into the gallery by using the link provided on the cards handed out at the Wedding.

A Few Things to Clear Up Q) We don’t need an engagement session. Can we take that out of the package? A) Sure! Taking the engagement session out of the basic package brings the price down by $200. Please note, you’ll also lose the photo cards, since I won’t have a photo to use.
Q) Can I make prints with the DVD that’s included in the package? A) Absolutely! All the photos on your DVD are high resolution, edited and ready to print. You can make prints anywhere you’d like and I’ll give you a list of places I recommend.
Q) How many pictures do you usally take on the Wedding day? A) I take between 60-100 images per hourwhich is more than a photo a minute. This means that for the average Wedding I can shoot anywhere from 600-1200 images. Rest assured that your Wedding day will be extremely
well documented. The only thing you’ll have to worry about is picking your favorite photos - and I’m happy to help you with that part too! Q) When will I get my pictures? A) I put an enormous amount of time and energy into editing and retouching my photographs. You can normally expect your photos within 30 days of the event. I want each and every image you receive to be perfect and beautiful, so I’m going to give each one the attention it deserves. You are always welcome to email me for updates. Q) Do you offer destination coverage? A) Yes! I love to travel, I’m not going to turn down a trip. I do however ask thattravel, lodging, food, and rental car expenses be covered in addition to normal photography costs. Q) Do you offer Boudoir photography? A) Yes. An intimate portrait session can provide lovely lasting images for you and your loved one.
CHAPTER SIX
Tips For Great Photos Consider doing a “first look” bride and groom session I’ve probably talked to you about this before and maybe you’ve already agreed to it, but just in case I haven’t convinced you yet ... consider doing a first look! I absolutely love having extra time before the ceremony to capture amazing images of you and your fiance and you’ll love the up-close, emotional photos of you seeing each other for the first time. Don’t worry about old superstitions! Toss ‘em out the window and let’s spend some time capturing images you’ll cherish forever. Then, after the ceremony you can party the night away, with no delay!
Tell your bridesmaids and groomsmen to be ready early! Even if you decide not to see your fiance before the ceremony, we can still do a fun pre-wedding photo shoot while there’s nice bright light outside. Make sure you tell your wedding party to be ready at least an hour before the ceremony starts. We usually do the girl’s group portraits first, an hour before the ceremony and then the boy’s group portraits right after the girls. If you have people in your wedding party who are notoriously late, tell them to be there EXTRA early to make sure they arrive on time!
Expect hair and makeup to take longer than expected No matter how amazing your hair stylist and makeup artist are, you’ll probably need them there a little bit longer than you plan for. I can’t even begin to tell you how many times I’ve run out of picture time because hair and makeup ran long. Always add an hour to however long you think hair and makeup will take - especially if you have a large bridal party!
Make sure you and the limo driver are on the same page Every bride loves a limo ride! Unfortunately, limo companies love brides a little too much and can sometimes overbook themselves. Make sure if you book a limo, you know what time they’ll be picking you up and dropping you off at each location you need to go to. Having to cut photo sessions short because the limo driver needs to leave is a MAJOR BUMMER! Be safe and get times in writing!
Make a list of posed family photos you want to get After the ceremony, we’ll do posed, family photos. To make this time go by as quickly as possible, make a list of group photos and organize them in a way that makes the most sense. Biggest groups should go first, then smaller, then immediate family. Another way to move this time along is to designate one person from the bride’s family and one from the groom’s family to be in charge of gathering and calling out names for the posed photos. Our biggest suggestion is to KEEP YOUR LIST AS SHORT AS YOU CAN! We know you have a lot of important family, but nobody likes to stand around for hours! Expect each posed photo to take around 3-5 minutes and decide how long is long enough BEFORE the big day!
