Phase Two: Listing Launch
In real estate the first impression is crucial, so we follow the mantra, “Right not Rushed.” When we are truly ready to place a home on the market, it will make a splash, and so will we. With 20 full time agents on our team, every new listing gets a full court press through our proactive marketing and buyer prospecting program. We use geo-targeting to identify probable buyers for homes, and make direct contact via direct marketing and phone calls to the neighborhood to invite neighbors and the community to preview the launch of the listing and attend open houses. The neighbors and community appreciate the outreach, as it puts them “in the know,” and often they become the best advocates for helping identify a potential buyer.
In addition, the real estate agent marketplace in the community is contacted via e-mail and the Multiple Listing Service that the home has been listed and they should invite their prospective buyers. We routinely host broker open house events as well to foster momentum inside of the realtor community. Our listings are also promoted through our expansive social media network of over 10,000 local viewers, on our YouTube channel, and through out database of over 25,000 local households.
