Pattern 1: Torso Circles

• Torso Circles around with a bounce to the right (ct. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8)

• Torso Circle around with a bounce to the left (ct. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8)

Pattern 2: Pony

• Pony right foot (ct. 1, 2)

• Pony left foot (ct. 3, 4)

• Pony right foot (ct. 5, 6)

• Pony left foot (ct. 7, 8)

• Feet open, close, open, close, open close, open, close (ct. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8)

Repeat pattern 2

Pattern 3: Walking with Pivot Turn

• Walking forward while swinging arms (ct 1, 2, 3, 4)

• Walking backwards while swinging arms (ct. 5, 6, 7, 8)

• Step right pivot turn (ct. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8)

Pattern 4: OH-OH-OH

• Arms open to the right and close to the right (ct. 1, 2, 3, 4)

• Arms open to the left and close to the left (ct. 5, 6, 7, 8)

• Arms open to the right close arms to the right (ct. 1, 2, 3, 4)

• Arms open to the left (ct. 5, 6)

• Hands clap up (ct. 7,8)

• Roll down (ct. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6)

• Look up (ct. 7, 8)

• Jog around yourself to the right (ct. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8)

Pattern 5: Wave & Be Bop

• Wave arms low to the right, left, right, left (ct. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8)

• Arms swing right, left, right and around (ct. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8)

• Wave up high to the left, right, left, right (ct. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8)

Pattern 6: Bent arms up, down & head

• Arms bend up at the elbows to the right (ct. 1, 2)

• Arms bend down at the elbows to the right (ct. 3, 4)

• Arms bend down at the elbows to the right (ct. 7, 8)

• Head looks right (ct. 1, 2)

• Head looks center (ct. 3, 4)
